図1Bは、第1の実施例による自動車用投光装置モジュールの概略的な平面図である。
図2は、第2の実施例による自動車用投光装置モジュールの概略的な斜視図である。
図3は、上述した自動車用投光装置モジュールの第3の実施例による発光ユニットの例示的な回路図である。
図4は、上述した自動車用投光装置モジュールの第4の実施例に対する発光ユニットの概略的な斜視図である。
図5は、第5の実施例による上述した自動車用投光装置モジュールの概略的な断面図である。
・担体素子に向いた側に位置する、ビーム生成エピタキシャル層列の第1主表面に、反射層または層列が被着または形成されている。この反射層はエピタキシャル層列内に発生した電磁ビームの少なくとも一部分をこのエピタキシャル層列に反射して戻す。
・エピタキシャル層列は、最大20μm、殊に有利には最大10μmの厚さを有している。
・有利にはエピタキシャル層列は、混合構造を有する少なくとも1つの面を備えた少なくとも1つの半導体層を有している。この混合構造により理想的なケースではエピタキシャル層列内にほぼエルゴード的な光分布が生じる。つまりこの光分布は最大限にエルゴード的な確率分散特性を有している。
Claims (12)
- 自動車用投光装置モジュールであって、
・少なくとも2つの発光ユニット(1)を有しており、各発光ユニット(1)は少なくとも1つの発光ダイオードチップ(2)を含んでおり、異なる発光ユニット(1)は相互に異なる照明機能のために設けられており、
・前記発光ユニット(1)のための共通の冷却体(6)を有しており、当該冷却体と前記発光ユニットは熱的に接続されており、
・前記発光ユニット(1)の電圧供給のための共通の電流安定化電子回路(8)を有している、
ことを特徴とする自動車用投光装置モジュール。 - 各発光ユニット(1)は1つの一次光学系(3)を含んでいる、請求項1記載の自動車用投光装置モジュール。
- 前記一次光学系(3)は少なくとも部分的に、以下の光学基本素子の形状に従って構成されている:すなわち、CPC光学系、CEC光学系、CHC光学系、ピラミッド断端形状光学系、円錐断端形状光学系の形状に従って構成されている、請求項1または2記載の自動車用投光装置モジュール。
- 前記一次光学系(3)はマイクロ構造化された表面を有している、請求項1から3までの少なくとも1項記載の自動車用投光装置モジュール。
- 前記自動車用投光装置モジュールの全ての発光ユニット(1)の後方に、1つの共通の二次光学系(5)が配置されている、請求項1から4までの少なくとも1項記載の自動車用投光装置モジュール。
- 前記二次光学系(5)は反射性の光学素子を含む、請求項1から5までの少なくとも1項記載の自動車用投光装置モジュール。
- 前記二次光学系は投影光学系を含む、請求項1から6までの少なくとも1項記載の自動車用投光装置モジュール。
- 前記発光ユニット(1)の発光ダイオードチップ(2)は共通のプリント基板(4)上に配置されている、請求項1から7までの少なくとも1項記載の自動車用投光装置モジュール。
- 前記発光ユニット(1)は相互に直列接続されており、各発光ユニット(1)にはそれぞれ1つのスイッチングユニット(8)が並列接続されており、当該スイッチングユニット(8)が閉成されている場合には前記発光ユニット(1)は通電されない、請求項1から8までの少なくとも1項記載の自動車用投光装置モジュール。
- 前記スイッチングユニット(8)はスイッチングトランジスタを含む、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の自動車用投光装置モジュール。
- 前記発光ユニット(1)のうちの少なくとも1つは、以下の照明機能のうちの1つの照明機能のために設けられている;すなわち、ロービーム、ハイビーム、コーナービーム、駐車灯のうちの1つの照明機能のために設けられている、請求項1から10までの少なくとも1項記載の自動車用投光装置モジュール。
- 少なくとも1つの発光ユニット(1)は発光ダイオード(2)を含んでおり、当該発光ダイオードは、赤外スペクトル領域において最大放射を有する電磁ビームを生成するのに適している、請求項1から11までの少なくとも1項記載の自動車用投光装置モジュール。
