Claims (10)
- 燃焼エンジンと、主に発電機として動作可能な第一の電気機械と、主に電気モーターとして動作可能な第二の電気機械と、ファイナルドライブとが直列に配置された構成と、切換可能な導線及び電源回路を介して両方の電気機械と接続可能な走行動作用バッテリーと、電気機械と走行動作用バッテリー間のエネルギーフローを制御するための制御機器とを備えた自動車のハイブリッドパワートレインにおいて、
両方の電気機械は、インプットシャフトと接続されるとともに、回転可能な形で軸支された駆動ローター(7)と、アウトプットシャフトと接続されるとともに、回転可能な形で軸支された被動ローター(8)と、筐体部材と回転しない形で接続されるとともに、軸方向にスライド可能な形で軸支された共通のステーター(9)とから成る電気磁気式トランシミッション(6)として統合されており、駆動ローター(7)と被動ローター(8)は、円筒形状で軸方向に隣接して配置されるとともに、それぞれ極性を交互にして円周側に分散された永久磁石を有し、ステーター(9)は、ローター(7,8)の永久磁石に対して半径方向に隣接して配置されるとともに、付属する電源回路(13)と接続された少なくとも一つの短絡巻線を備えており、ステーター(9)をローター(7,8)に対して軸方向にスライドさせることによって実効的な変速比を設定することが可能であることを特徴とするハイブリッドパワートレイン。 - 走行動作用バッテリー(12)が、制御可能な直流電圧変換器(13)を介して、ステーター(9)の短絡巻線と接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッドパワートレイン。
- 走行動作用バッテリー(12)が、制御可能な直流電圧変換器(13)を介して、車内回路網(15)及び車内回路用バッテリー(16)と接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のハイブリッドパワートレイン。
- 必要に応じて、走行動作用バッテリー(12)及び/又はステーター(9)の短絡巻線と接続することが可能である、電気モーターが付属する更に別の駆動可能な車軸が配備されていることを特徴とする請求項1から3までのいずれか一つに記載のハイブリッドパワートレイン。
- 請求項1から4までのいずれか一つに記載のハイブリッドパワートレインの制御方法において、
車両の停止状態における燃焼エンジン(2)の電気による始動のために、ステーター(9)を完全に駆動ローター(7)の内又は上にスライドさせて、駆動ローター(7)を短絡巻線と連携して電気モーターとして動作させることを特徴とする方法。 - 車両の停止状態からの発進のために、先ずはステーター(9)を完全に駆動ローター(7)の内又は上に設定し、次に被動ローター(8)の方向にスライドさせて、駆動ローター(7)を短絡巻線と連携して発電機として動作させるとともに、被動ローター(8)を短絡巻線と連携して電気モーターとして動作させることを特徴とする請求項1から5までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 燃焼エンジン(2)のブースト又は負荷点の上昇のために、走行動作用バッテリー(12)から短絡巻線にエネルギーを送り込むことと、それにより変化する電気磁気式トランシミッション(6)の変速比を補償するために、ステーター(9)を駆動ローター(7)の方向にスライドさせることを特徴とする請求項1から6までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 燃焼エンジン(2)の回生又は負荷点の下降のために、短絡巻線から走行動作用バッテリー(12)にエネルギーを送り込むことと、それにより変化する電気磁気式トランシミッション(6)の変速比を補償するために、ステーター(9)を被動ローター(8)の方向にスライドさせることを特徴とする請求項1から7までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 燃焼エンジン(2)が停止している時の電気での走行のために、ステーター(9)を完全に被動ローター(8)の内又は上にスライドさせ、次に被動ローター(8)を短絡巻線と連携して電気モーターとして動作させることを特徴とする請求項1から8までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 必要に応じて、走行動作用バッテリー(12)又はステーター(9)の短絡巻線から、付属する直流電圧変換器(14)を介して、車内回路用バッテリー(16)を充電することを特徴とする請求項1から9までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
