Claims (22)
- 2成分の組成物を吐出するための吐出シリンジであって、
a)i)第1のプランジャロッドを受容する近接開口と、組成物の第1の成分を放出するための第1の出口ポートとを有する第1の細長のバレルと、
ii)第2のプランジャロッドを受容するための近接開口と、組成物の第2の成分を放出するための第2の出口ポートとを有する第2の細長のバレルと、
を含むシリンジ本体であって、第1と第2のバレルとをシリンジ本体の長さに沿って平行に配置するシリンジ本体と、
b)i)後方の止め板と、
ii)外方の螺刻した縁部と内方の非螺刻縁部とを持ち、かつ組成物の第1の成分を第1の出口ポートに押しやるための、前方に面する端部部分と、反対側の、止め板に取り付けられた後方に面する端部部分とを有する第1のプランジャロッドと、
iii)外方の螺刻した縁部と内方の非螺刻縁部とを持ち、かつ組成物の第2の成分を第2の出口ポートに押しやるための、前方に面する端部部分と、反対側の、止め板に取り付けられた後方に面する端部部分とを有する第2のプランジャロッドと、
を含むプランジャロッド組立体であって、第1と第2のプランジャロッドとが平行に配置されてそれぞれ第1と第2のバレル内を共に移動する、プランジャロッド組立体と、
c)プランジャロッド組立体をシリンジ本体に結合するための回転可能な螺刻ノブであって、第1と第2のプランジャロッドの外方の螺刻縁部と係合するための連続した内側のねじ山の付いた貫通孔を持ち、ノブを回転させればプランジャロッドが共にバレル内を前後方向に移動するようにされたノブと、
を具備することを特徴とする吐出シリンジ。 - 請求項1に記載の吐出シリンジであって、2成分組成物は歯科用組成物であることを特徴とする吐出シリンジ。
- 請求項2に記載の吐出シリンジであって、歯科用組成物の一方の成分は基剤ペーストであり、他方の成分は触媒ペースとであることを特徴とする吐出シリンジ。
- 請求項2に記載の吐出シリンジであって、歯科用組成物は歯科用セメントであることを特徴とする吐出シリンジ。
- 請求項1に記載の吐出シリンジであって、第1と第2のバレルは円筒構造を成すことを特徴とする吐出シリンジ。
- 請求項1に記載の吐出シリンジであって、第1と第2の出口ポートは円筒形状であることを特徴とする吐出シリンジ。
- 請求項1に記載の吐出シリンジであって、第1と第2の出口ポートは半円筒形状であることを特徴とする吐出シリンジ。
- 請求項1に記載の吐出シリンジであって、第1と第2のプランジャロッドの内方縁部はそれぞれ円周方向のフィンを含み、各円周方向のフィンは、それぞれの内方縁部の長さに沿って伸長し、かつ内方縁部に対して約90度の角度で広がっていることを特徴とする吐出シリンジ。
- 請求項1に記載の吐出シリンジであって、第1と第2のプランジャロッドはそれぞれ、これらの前方に面する端部部分に取り付けられたピストンを含んで、組成物の第1と第2の成分をそれぞれ第1と第2の出口ポートへ押しやることを特徴とする吐出シリンジ。
- 請求項1に記載の吐出シリンジであって、シリンジ本体はさらに、内側に溝を付けた一対の弓形部を有する中心支持部材を具備し、この支持部材が第1と第2のプランジャロッドの円周方向のフィンを受け入れて、プランジャロッドをそれぞれ第1と第2のバレルの中へ案内することを特徴とする吐出シリンジ。
- 請求項1に記載の吐出シリンジであって、シリンジ本体はさらに凹領域を有するレッジを具備し、このレッジが、プランジャロッド組立体をシリンジ本体へ結合する回転螺刻ノブを受け止めることを特徴とする吐出シリンジ。
- 請求項11に記載の吐出シリンジであって、レッジは円形状を成してシリンジ本体の第1と第2のバレルを包囲することを特徴とする吐出シリンジ。
- 請求項11に記載の吐出シリンジであって、回転ノブは、ノブがシリンジ本体のレッジの凹領域にスナップ嵌めできるように、固締用凸縁を含むことを特徴とする吐出シリンジ。
- 2成分の組成物を吐出するための吐出シリンジであって、
a)i)第1のプランジャロッドを受容するための近接開口と、組成物の第1の成分を吐出チップの中へ放出するための第1の出口ポートとを有する第1の細長のバレルと、
ii)第2のプランジャロッドを受容するための近接開口と、組成物の第2の成分を吐出チップの中へ放出するための第2の出口ポートとを有する第2の細長のバレルと、
を含むシリンジ本体であって、第1と第2のバレルとをシリンジ本体の長さに沿って平行に配置するシリンジ本体と、
b)i)後方の止め板と、
ii)外方の螺刻した縁部と内方の非螺刻縁部とを持ち、かつ組成物の第1の成分を吐出チップの中に押しやるための、前方に面する端部部分と、反対側の、止め板に取り付けられた後方に面する端部部分とを有する第1のプランジャロッドと、
iii)外方の螺刻した縁部と内方の非螺刻縁部とを持ち、かつ組成物の第2の成分を吐出チップの中に押しやるための、前方に面する端部部分と、反対側の、止め板に取り付けられた後方に面する端部部分とを有する第2のプランジャロッドと、
を含むプランジャロッド組立体であって、第1と第2のプランジャロッドとが平行に配置されてそれぞれ第1と第2のバレル内を共に移動する、プランジャロッド組立体と、
c)プランジャロッド組立体をシリンジ本体に結合するための回転可能な螺刻ノブであって、第1と第2のプランジャロッドの外方の螺刻縁部と係合するための連続した内側のねじ山の付いた貫通孔を持ち、ノブを回転させればプランジャロッドが共にバレル内を前後方向に移動するようにされたノブと、
d)組成物の第1と第2の成分を第1と第2のバレルから受け取り、組成物を所望の領域へ吐出する吐出チップと、
を具備することを特徴とする吐出シリンジ。 - 請求項14に記載の吐出シリンジであって、吐出チップは静的混合器要素を含むことを特徴とする吐出シリンジ。
- 請求項14に記載の吐出シリンジであって、2成分組成物は歯科用組成物であることを特徴とする吐出シリンジ。
- 請求項16に記載の吐出シリンジであって、歯科用組成物の一方の成分は基剤ペーストであり、他方の成分は触媒ペーストであることを特徴とする吐出シリンジ。
- 請求項16に記載の吐出シリンジであって、歯科用組成物は歯科用セメントであることを特徴とする吐出シリンジ。
- 多成分の組成物を吐出するための吐出シリンジであって、
a)多数の細長のバレルを含むシリンジ本体であって、各バレルがプランジャロッドを受容するための近接開口と、組成物の単成分を放出するための出口ポートとを有する、シリンジ本体と、
b)i)後方の止め板と、
ii)複数のプランジャロッドであって、各プランジャロッドが外方の螺刻した縁部と内方の非螺刻縁部とを持ち、さらに組成物の単成分を出口ポートの中に押しやるための前方に面する端部部分と、反対側の、止め板に取り付けられた後方に面する端部部分とを持ち、なおかつバレル内を共に移動するように構成された、複数のプランジャロッドと、
を含むプランジャロッド組立体と、
c)プランジャロッド組立体をシリンジ本体に結合するための回転可能な螺刻ノブであって、複数のプランジャロッドの外方の螺刻縁部と係合するための連続した内側のねじ山の付いた貫通孔を持ち、ノブを回転させればプランジャロッドが共にバレル内を前後方向に移動するようにされたノブと、
を具備することを特徴とする吐出シリンジ。 - 請求項19に記載の吐出シリンジであって、シリンジは吐出チップを含むことを特徴とする吐出シリンジ。
- 請求項20に記載の吐出シリンジであって、吐出チップは静的混合器要素を含むことを特徴とする吐出シリンジ。
- 請求項19に記載の吐出シリンジであって、多成分組成物は歯科用組成物であることを特徴とする吐出シリンジ。
