Claims (20)
- 血管閉塞装置において、
少なくとも1つのポリマー材料を備えている少なくとも1つの閉塞要素であって、前記少なくとも1つのポリマー材料は、少なくとも1つのバイオ活性剤が少なくとも部分的には詰められている複数の穴を有している、閉塞要素を備えており、
前記少なくとも1つのバイオ活性剤は、患者の血管の閉塞を促し、前記血管閉塞装置は、前記患者の血管を閉塞するように構成されている、血管閉塞装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つの閉塞要素の少なくとも表面は、前記少なくとも1つのポリマー材料で被覆されている、請求項1に記載の血管閉塞装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの閉塞要素の少なくとも一部分は、前記少なくとも1つのポリマー材料で作られている、請求項1に記載の血管閉塞装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの閉塞要素は、実質的に、前記少なくとも1つのポリマー材料で作られている、請求項1に記載の血管閉塞装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つのバイオ活性剤は、血栓形成性、線維形成性、抗血栓溶解性、又は抗線維素溶解性の薬剤である、請求項1に記載の血管閉塞装置。
- 少なくとも1つのバイオ活性剤は、プラスミン、トロンビン、プロトロンビン、フィブリノゲン、因子V、因子Va、因子VII、因子VIIa、因子VIII、因子VIIIa、因子IX、因子IXa、因子X、因子Xa、因子XI、因子XIa、因子XII、因子XIIa、因子XII、vWF、アミノカプロン酸、アプロチニン、トラネキサム酸、desopressin、エタンシラート、インテグリン、アルギニン−グリシン−アスパラギン酸残基含有ペプチド、コラーゲン、エラスティン、フィブロネクチン、ラミニン、vitroneetin、ホモシステイン、CTGF、VEGF、PDGF、FGF、KGF、TNF、EGF、TGF−α、TGF−β、IL−1、IL−2、IL−6、及びIL−8から成るグループから選択される、請求項5に記載の血管閉塞装置。
- 吸収可能剤を更に備えている、請求項1に記載の血管閉塞装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの閉塞要素は、血管を閉塞するように構成されている三次元構造を有する空間充填構造要素である、請求項1に記載の血管閉塞装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの空間充填構造要素は、コイル、糸、又は繊維、又はそれらの組み合わせである、請求項8に記載の血管閉塞装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの閉塞要素は、拡張可能な閉塞袋であり、前記閉塞袋は、1つ又は複数の空間充填構造要素を囲い込んでいる、請求項1に記載の血管閉塞装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの閉塞要素は、拡張可能な閉塞袋であり、前記閉塞袋は、少なくとも1つの空間充填材料を囲い込んでいる、請求項1に記載の血管閉塞装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つのポリマー材料は、ポリエステル、フッ化ポリマー、ポリシロキサン、ポリウレタン、ポリオレフィン、ポリアクリロニトリル、ナイロン、ポリアラミド、及びポリスルホンで構成されているグループから選択されたポリマーを備えている、請求項1に記載の血管閉塞装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つのポリマー材料は、ポリエーテルウレタンウレアと、シロキサンを含んでいる表面修飾剤(surface modifying agent)と、を備えている、請求項1に記載の血管閉塞装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つのポリマー材料は、THORALONを備えている、請求項17に記載の血管閉塞装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つのポリマー材料は、複数の繊維を有する布地を備えており、前記布地は、織布、不織布、及び編まれた布地から成るグループから選択される、請求項1に記載の血管閉塞装置。
- 前記複数の繊維の内の少なくとも1つは、複数の穴を含有しており、前記複数の穴の内の少なくとも幾つかは、少なくとも部分的には少なくとも1つのバイオ活性剤が詰められている、請求項15に記載の血管閉塞装置。
- 前記布地は、合成ポリマーを備えている、請求項15に記載の血管閉塞装置。
- 前記合成ポリマーは、ポリエチレンテレフタレートである、請求項17に記載の血管閉塞装置。

a.少なくとも1つのポリマー材料を備えている少なくとも1つの閉塞要素であって、前記少なくとも1つのポリマー材料は、少なくとも部分的には少なくとも1つのバイオ活性剤が詰まっている複数の穴を有している、閉塞要素を備えている血管閉塞装置を提供する段階であって、前記少なくとも1つのバイオ活性剤は、患者の血管の閉塞を促し、前記血管閉塞装置は、前記患者の血管を閉塞するように構成されている、閉塞要素を備えている血管閉塞装置を提供する段階と、
b.前記血管閉塞装置が前記血管を閉塞するように前記血管閉塞装置を前記患者の血管部位に配置する段階と、から成る方法。
