Abstract
【解決手段】プリント基板2と、ステータ44、磁気ロータ43および複数のコイル64を有する電気モータ42と、モータ42のロータ43に一体のポリゴンミラー41とを備え、プリント基板2の複数の孔65に対応する位置に複数のコイル64を保持するように、プリント基板2の磁気ロータ43側とは反対側に隣接する、のコイル64の支持部66を有する。

Description
このようにして、コイルはプリント基板上に載置され、支持部のピンによって正しい位置に保たれる。
このようにして、全体として軸対称の構成にコイルを正しく位置合わせすることが、容易に制御される。
このようにして、コイルはプリント基板の窪みに、完全または部分的に収容され、スペースはさらに節約される。
しかしながら、この場合も、好ましくは、支持部は複数のピンを有するが、これらのピンはプリント基板の孔内に完全に収まり、コイルを収容する収容部を作り出して、収容部からは突出しない。

Claims (11)
- プリント基板(2)と、
ステータ(44)、磁気ロータ(43)および複数のコイル(64)を有する電気モータ(42)と、
前記モータ(42)のロータ(43)に一体化しているポリゴンミラー(41)とを備えた光学式コードリーダ(1)の走査装置(40,40’)であって、
前記プリント基板(2)の複数の孔(65,65’)にそれぞれ対応する位置に前記複数のコイル(64)を保持するように、前記プリント基板(2)の前記磁気ロータ(43)側とは反対側で前記プリント基板(2)に隣接する、前記コイル(64)の支持部(66,66’)を有する、走査装置(40,40’)。 - 請求項1において、前記支持部(66’)は、前記プリント基板(2)の孔(65’)からそれぞれ突出する複数のピン(68’)を有し、前記コイル(64)は前記ピン(68’)に装着されている走査装置(40’)。
- 請求項2において、前記ピン(68’)は非円形状の横断面を有し、前記コイル(64)の孔がこの横断面の形状に対応する形状を有する走査装置(40’)。
- 請求項1において、前記プリント基板(2)の孔(65)は、それぞれ、コイル(64)を収容するように、所定の大きさに形成されている走査装置(40)。
- 請求項4において、前記コイル(64)を収容する収容部(69)を構成するように、前記支持部(66)が、前記プリント基板(2)の複数の孔(65)にそれぞれ完全に収容される複数のピン(68)を有する走査装置(40)。
- 請求項5において、前記ピン(68’)は非円形状の横断面を有し、前記コイル(64)の孔がこの横断面の形状に対応する形状を有する走査装置(40)。
- 請求項4から6のいずれか一項において、各コイル(64)を収容するように所定の大きさに形成されている前記プリント基板(2)の孔(65)が、非円形状の横断面を有し、前記コイル(64)の外形横断面が、孔(65)の横断面の形状に対応する形状を有する走査装置(40)。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか一項において、前記モータ(42)が固定軸(45)タイプである走査装置(40,40’)。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項において、前記ポリゴンミラー(41)は、回転軸に対して異なる傾斜の複数の面を有する走査装置(40,40’)。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の走査装置(40,40’)と読取り光線のエミッタ(10)とを備えた、光学式コードリーダ(1)の走査部。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の走査装置(40,40’)を備えた光学式コードリーダ(1)。
