複合材料を23℃の温度および50%の相対空気湿度で60分間、平衡調節のための空調箱中に貯蔵する。引続き、相対空気湿度を90%に上昇させ、複合材料を30℃で90分間維持する(吸収段階)。その後に、相対空気湿度を40%に減少させ、試験体を40℃で100分間、維持する(脱着段階)。
実施例1
70g/m2の単位面積当たりの質量を有するフリース上にモノマー溶液を噴霧し、UV線により2分間、硬化させた。引続き、90℃で5分間向流乾燥機中で乾燥させた。
Claims (14)
- a)少なくとも1つの平面状担持材料、
b)少なくとも1つの水溶性の吸湿剤および
c)薬剤b)の存在で担持材料a)上に重合された少なくとも1つの吸水性ポリマーを含む、
但し、吸湿剤b)とポリマーc)との質量比は、0.01〜1の範囲内にあるものとする、湿分を調整する複合材料において、ポリマーc)が付加的に可塑剤を含有することを特徴とする、湿分を調整する前記複合材料。 - 担持材料a)が織物および/またはフリースである、請求項1記載の複合材料。
- 相対湿度が吸湿剤b)の過飽和水溶液により平衡状態で20℃で少なくとも40%である、請求項1または2記載の複合材料。
- 吸湿剤b)が無機塩である、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の複合材料。
- ポリマーc)が酸基を含有する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の複合材料。
- 酸基が少なくとも25モル%中和されている、請求項5記載の複合材料。
- i)少なくとも1つのエチレン系不飽和モノマー、
ii)少なくとも1つの水溶性の吸湿剤、
iii)架橋剤、
iv)場合によってはi)に記載のモノマーと共重合可能な1つ以上のエチレン系不飽和モノマーおよび/またはアリル系不飽和モノマーおよび
v)場合によっては1つ以上の水溶性ポリマーを含有するモノマー溶液を担持材料上に施こしかつ重合する、但し、吸湿剤ii)とモノマーi)との質量比は、0.01〜1の範囲内にあるものとし、ことにより湿分を調整する複合材料を製造する方法において、モノマー溶液に付加的に可塑剤を添加することを特徴とする、湿分を調整する前記複合材料の製造法。 - モノマーi)は、酸基を含有する、請求項7記載の方法。
- 酸基は少なくとも25モル%中和される、請求項8記載の方法。
- 相対湿度は、吸湿剤ii)の過飽和水溶液により平衡状態で20℃で少なくとも40%である、請求項7から9までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 吸湿剤ii)は、無機塩である、請求項7から10までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 担持材料は、織物および/またはフリースである、請求項7から11までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 湿分を調整するための請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の複合材料の使用。
- 請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の複合材料を含有するクッションまたはマットレス。
