Abstract
Description
本発明において記載される装置は、ろ過媒体を含む特定の分配器トレイによって、ガスおよび液体の下降並流様式で機能する反応器のための仕込原料の一部を構成する液体流に含まれる閉塞性粒子を捕捉することができる。
本発明の装置は、分配器トレイからなり、該分配器トレイは、反応器の壁と一体化される実質的に水平なベース平板を含み、該ベース平板上には、一連の実質的に垂直な煙突体が固定され、該煙突体は、上部開口および下部開口を備え、全て垂直壁に沿って分布する側部オリフィスにより孔が開けられる。
・ 上部層:ろ過床の全高の25%を示し、触媒粒のサイズより(好ましくは少なくとも10%だけ)大きいサイズを有する粒子からなる;
・ 中間層:ろ過床の全高の25%を示し、触媒粒のサイズとほぼ等しいサイズを有する粒子からなる;
・ 下部層:ろ過床の全高の50%を示し、触媒粒のサイズより(好ましくは少なくとも10%だけ)小さいサイズを有する粒子からなる
によって構成され得る。
以下の実施例は、時間の関数としての線形堆積に対応する粒子の堆積についての動態方程式を用いるシミュレーションから引き出される。
・曲線(A)によって表されるろ過床上に堆積した不純物の量;この曲線は、動力学的堆積式を用いて得られた;
・曲線(B)によって表されるろ過床の不存在下での触媒床を通して測定された圧力降下
・曲線(C)によって表される本発明のろ過床の存在下での触媒床を通して測定される圧力降下
の経時変化を示す。
・ろ過床がないトレイ(従来技術)により、触媒床を通した圧力降下は、時間tbから急激に、反応器によって許容され得る圧力降下の限界値にまで大きくなる;
・本発明によるろ過床を有するろ過トレイにより、触媒床を通した圧力降下は、時間tbに対して明らかにシフトした時間tcから急激に大きくなる;このtc−tbのシフトは、本発明のトレイによって提供される向上を定量化した;tc−tbに対応する全体的な補足期間の間、触媒床を通じた圧力降下は、実際に一定であり、サイクルの開始時t0の値と同じままであるからである。
Claims (13)
- 少なくとも1つの固定式触媒床を含む反応器への供給物を構成するガス相および液相をろ過および分配するための装置であり、ガスおよび液体の下降並流様式で機能し、液相は、閉塞性粒子を含有する、装置であって、該固定式触媒床の上流に位置するトレイを含み、該トレイは実質的に水平なベース平板によって構成され、該ベース平板は反応器の壁に連結され、該ベース基板には、実質的に垂直な煙突体が固定され、該煙突体は、ガス流入を可能にするように上端において開口しており、ガス−液体混合物を下流の触媒床に供給するためにガス−液体混合物を排出するように下端において開口しており、該煙突体は、液体を流入させるために連続的側部スロットまたは側部オリフィスによって高さの一部分にわたって孔があけられ、該トレイは、煙突体を取り囲んでいるろ過床を支持し、該ろ過床は、触媒床の粒子のサイズ以下のサイズを有する粒子の少なくとも1つの層によって構成される、装置。
- ろ過床は、少なくとも2つの粒子層によって構成され、所与の層の粒子サイズは、直上層の粒子サイズより小さい、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 煙突体の密度は、床の断面面積(m2)当たり10〜150個、好ましくは床の断面面積(m2)当たり30〜100個である、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 煙突体の側部スロットまたは側部オリフィスは、トレイのベース平板の少なくとも50mm上方に位置する下部分からろ過床の上部レベルの多くとも20mm上方に位置する上部分にまで延びる、請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
- ろ過床の全高は、200〜1500mmである、請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
- トレイの煙突体は、少なくとも30mmの高さ(H’)だけろ過床の上部レベルを超える、請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
- ろ過床の上層の粒子サイズは5〜30mmであり、ろ過床の下層の粒子サイズは2〜10mmである、請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
- ろ過床を構成する層の少なくとも1つは、触媒床において起こる化学反応の意味で活性である粒子により形成される、請求項1〜7のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
- ろ過床は、35〜50%の空隙率を有する構造化充てん層からなる、請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
- 各煙突体は、5〜20mmの距離で、これを取り囲むろ過床から分けられている、請求項1〜9のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
- ろ過床の定期的な取替は、少なくとも6月の周期で行われる、請求項1〜10のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
- ろ過分配器トレイのベース平板は、反応器の断面面積(m2)当たり100超のオリフィスの密度でオリフィスを備えている、請求項1〜11のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
- 水素化処理反応器、選択的水素化反応器、または残渣または3〜50個、好ましくは5〜30個の多数の炭素原子を有する炭化水素留分の転化用反応器における請求項1に記載のろ過および分配のための装置の使用。
