Claims (14)
- 現在の衛星測位支援情報を有する第1の移動体通信装置から1つ以上の第2の移動体通信装置へ衛星測位支援情報を提供する方法であって、
第1の移動体通信装置と第2の移動体通信装置との間に直接的に情報リンクを確立するリンク確立工程と、
第2の移動体通信装置にて第1の移動体通信装置に現在の衛星測位支援情報を要求する情報要求工程と、
情報リンクを通じて第1の移動体通信装置から第2の移動体通信装置に現在の衛星測位支援情報を受信する情報受信工程と、
現在の衛星測位支援情報を用いて第2の移動体通信装置の衛星測位受信機にて衛星測位位置決定を実行する位置決定工程と、からなる方法。 - 現在の衛星測位支援情報は、衛星エフェメリス、衛星アルマナック、近似位置、および現在時刻のうちの1つ以上を含む請求項1に記載の衛星測位支援情報を提供する方法。
- リンク確立工程は、第1の移動体通信装置と第2の移動体通信装置との間に非同期無線リンクを確立する工程を含む請求項1に記載の衛星測位支援情報を提供する方法。
- 情報要求工程は、非同期直接無線モードで動作する第2の移動体通信装置から要求メッセージをブロードキャストすることによって情報交換リンクを確立する前に実行される請求項3に記載の衛星測位支援情報を提供する方法。
- 第2の移動体通信装置は第2の移動体通信装置が最初に関連している通信ネットワークの範囲内で動作されることと、情報交換リンクを確立する前にオフネットワークモードを開始する工程と、を含む請求項3に記載の衛星測位支援情報を提供する方法。
- 現在の衛星測位支援情報を受信する前に衛星測位位置決定を開始する工程と、現在の衛星測位支援情報を受信する前に衛星測位位置決定を開始するとき、第2の移動体通信装置は、現在の衛星測位支援情報を送信する第1の移動体通信装置を検出するために、非同期無線チャネルを定期的に検査することと、を含む請求項3に記載の衛星測位支援情報を提供する方法。
- リンク確立工程は、赤外線リンク、音響リンク、ケーブル接続リンクまたは磁気誘導リンクのうちの1つによって実行される請求項1に記載の衛星測位支援情報を提供する方法。
- リンク確立工程は半二重リンクを確立する工程を含む請求項1に記載の衛星測位支援情報を提供する方法。
- 通信トランシーバと、
衛星測位受信機と、
移動体通信装置を動作させるための命令コード、すなわち、
ピア移動体通信装置との直接的な情報リンクの確立、
ピア移動体通信装置への現在の衛星測位支援情報の要求、
情報リンクを通じたピア移動体通信装置からの現在の衛星測位支援情報の受信、および、
現在の衛星測位支援情報を用いる衛星測位受信機による衛星測位位置決定の実行、のための命令コードを格納している機械可読メモリと、
を備える移動体通信装置。 - 情報交換リンクの確立のための命令コードは、通信トランシーバを用いてピア移動体通信装置との非同期無線リンクを確立するための命令コードを含む請求項9に記載の移動体通信装置。
- 現在の衛星測位支援情報の要求のための命令コードは、非同期直接無線モードで要求メッセージをブロードキャストすることによって情報交換リンクを確立する前に現在の衛星測位支援情報の要求を開始するように移動体通信装置を動作させる請求項10に記載の移動体通信装置。
- 移動体通信装置は移動体通信装置が最初に関連している通信ネットワークの範囲内で動作されることと、機械可読メモリは情報交換リンクを確立する前に移動体通信装置のオフネットワークモードを開始するための命令コードを含むことと、を含む請求項10に記載の移動体通信装置。
- 機械可読メモリは現在の衛星測位支援情報を受信する前に衛星測位位置決定を開始するための命令コードを含むことと、現在の衛星測位支援情報を受信する前に衛星測位位置決定を開始するとき、移動体通信装置は、現在の衛星測位支援情報を送信するピア移動体通信装置を検出するために、非同期無線チャネルを定期的に検査することと、を含む請求項10に記載の移動体通信装置。
- 情報リンクの確立のための命令コードは、赤外線リンク、音響リンク、ケーブル接続リンクまたは磁気誘導リンクのうちの1つを動作させる請求項9に記載の衛星測位支援情報を提供する方法。
