Abstract
Description
1.熱性能が低下する可能性がある。
2.パックの出口に温度分布が生じる。空気加熱器の低温の端部では、これが「低温隅」を生成することがあり、これは低温隅(cold corner)の汚れ(fouling)を悪化すると主張されている。

Claims (10)
- 1次方向の加熱表面要素のスタックであって、前記スタックは、ヘリングボーン構造を有する第1の加熱表面要素を備え、前記ヘリングボーン構造は、複数の領域を有し、前記複数の領域は、領域の境界が前記1次方向に沿うように配置され、前記複数の領域は、横方向に並べて配置された複数の波形を有する第1の領域を備え、前記第1の領域の前記波形の縦方向の広さは、0°より大きく、前記1次方向に対して90°を超え、前記複数の領域は、前記第1の領域に隣接する第2の領域をさらに備え、前記第2の領域は、横方向に並べて配置された複数の波形を有し、前記第2の領域の前記波形の縦方向の広さは0°未満で、前記1次方向に対して−90°を超え、前記スタックが、第2の加熱表面要素をさらに備え、前記第2の加熱表面要素は、前記1次方向に沿って延びるくぼみを備え、前記くぼみは、前記第1の領域と第2の領域との境界に対して真向かいではないように配置されるスタック。
- 前記第1の加熱表面要素は、それぞれが横方向に並べて配置された複数の波形を有する複数の第1の領域を備え、前記波形の縦方向の広がりが、前記1次方向に対して+10°と+80°の間であり、前記第1の加熱表面は、それぞれが横方向に並べて配置された複数の波形を有する複数の第2の領域をさらに備え、前記波形の縦方向の広がりが、前記1次方向に対して−10°と−80°の間であり、前記第2の領域がそれぞれ、前記1次方向に沿って配置された境界に沿って少なくとも1つの第1の領域に隣接する、請求項1に記載のスタック。
- 前記第2の加熱表面要素は、前記1次方向に沿って延びる複数のくぼみを備え、前記複数のくぼみの少なくとも一部は、前記第1の加熱表面要素に沿って第1の領域と第2の領域との境界に対して真向かいではないように配置される、請求項1または請求項2に記載のスタック。
- 前記スタックが、複数の第1の加熱表面要素および複数の第2の加熱表面要素を備え、各第1の加熱表面要素が前記第2の加熱要素の少なくとも1つと隣接する、前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載のスタック。
- 前記第1の領域が前記第2の領域と直接境界を接する、前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載のスタック。
- 前記第1の領域と第2の領域との境界で、前記第1の領域にある波形の各ピークの最高点が、前記第2の領域にある波形のピークの最高点とほぼ一致する、請求項5に記載のスタック。
- 前記第1の領域にある波形の縦方向の広がりが、前記1次方向に対して+15°〜+35°の角度であり、前記第2の領域にある波形の縦方向の広がりが、前記1次方向に対して−15°〜−35°の角度である、前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載のスタック。
- 前記加熱表面要素が、横方向に並べて配置された複数の波形を備え、前記波形の縦方向の広がりが、0°より大きく、前記1次方向に対して90°を超えるか、0°未満で、前記1次方向に対して−90°を超える、前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載のスタック。
- 前記第2の加熱表面要素にある前記くぼみ間の距離が、前記第1の加熱表面要素にある前記第1の領域と前記第2の領域との境界間の距離より大きい、前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載のスタック。
- 前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の加熱表面要素のスタックを備える回転式空気加熱器。
