Abstract
【解決手段】メス型要素(1)は、結合されるべきパイプの1つへの締結手段(5)が設けられた一端(3)を有する中空の内部ボディ(2)と、内部ボディ(2)と同軸の中空の外部ボディ(7)であって、内部ボディ(2)の締結手段(5)が設けられているそれとは反対側のもう一方の端(4)に対して軸方向に突出する端(8)を有する外部ボディ(7)と、内部ボディ(2)の、横方向の穴を設けられたベース(18)にて同軸にサポートされた1つの硬直な中央ステム(9)であって、外部ボディ(7)の突出する端(8)の近傍に広がった端(10)を有するステム(9)と、ステム(9)のまわりに同軸に配列され、メス型要素(1)内に流体が流れ込むことを阻止できるようにステム(9)の広がった端(10)と咬み合うように弾性的なストレスが与えられている軸方向にスライディングするシール用ブッシュ(12)と、シール用ブッシュ(12)のまわりに同軸に配列され、シール用ブッシュ(12)のまわりに汚れが進入することを阻止できるように所定の位置で軸方向にストレスが与えられている洗浄ブッシュ(14)と、外部ボディ(7)の突出する端(8)のまわりに配置され、このフィッティングのオス型およびメス型要素2つの安定した結合が確保できるようにオス型要素の相補的な端と咬み合うことが可能なロックスリーブ(16)とを備えるよう説明される。ステム(9)は、ベース(18)に、ステム(9)およびベース(18)の対応する台座(26、27)内に径方向および軸方向に固定された少なくとも1つのハーフブッシュ(25)にて固定される。

Claims (3)
- メス型要素(1)であって、
結合されるべきパイプの1つへの締結手段(5)が設けられた一端(3)を有する中空の内部ボディ(2)と、
前記内部ボディ(2)と同軸の中空の外部ボディ(7)であって、前記内部ボディ(2)の締結手段(5)が設けられているそれとは反対側のもう一方の端(4)に対して軸方向に突出する端(8)を有する外部ボディ(7)と、
前記内部ボディ(2)の、横方向の穴が設けられたベース(18)にて同軸にサポートされた1つの硬直な中央ステム(9)であって、前記外部ボディ(7)の前記突出する端(8)の近傍に広がった端(10)を有するステム(9)と、
前記ステム(9)のまわりに同軸に配列され、前記メス型要素(1)内に流体が流れ込むことを阻止できるように前記ステム(9)の前記広がった端(10)と咬み合うように弾性的なストレスが与えられている軸方向にスライディングするシール用ブッシュ(12)と、
前記シール用ブッシュ(12)のまわりに同軸に配列され、前記シール用ブッシュ(12)のまわりに汚れが進入することを阻止できるように所定の位置に軸方向にストレスが与えられている洗浄ブッシュ(14)と、
前記外部ボディ(7)の前記突出する端(8)のまわりに配置され、このフィッティングのオス型およびメス型要素2つの安定した結合が確保できるようにオス型要素の相補的な端と咬み合うことが可能なロックスリーブ(16)と、を備え、
前記ステム(9)は、前記ベース(18)に、前記ステム(9)および前記ベース(18)の対応する台座(26、27)内に径方向および軸方向に固定された少なくとも1つのハーフブッシュ(25)にて固定される、ことを特徴とするメス型要素。 - 前記ベース(18)、前記少なくとも1つのハーフブッシュ(25)および内部ボディ(2)の機械的ストップの間に配置された、前記ベース(18)および前記少なくとも1つのハーフブッシュ(25)を軸方向に所定の位置に固定するための穴を開けられたプレート(20)を備える、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のメス型要素。
- 前記少なくとも1つのハーフブッシュ(25)は2つの対面するハーフブッシュから成ることを特徴とする請求項1あるいは2に記載のメス型要素。
