Claims (16)
- 反応器(1)と、それに接続されかつ供給原料を前記反応器(1)に導入するために設けられた供給装置(2)との間の圧力差を維持するための圧力制御システムにおいて、前記圧力制御システムが加圧ライン(5)および圧力解放ライン(6)を備え、各ライン(5、6)が制御弁(7、8)を有し、両ライン(5、6)は結合して1つのメインライン(3)となって前記供給装置(2)に至り、前記メインライン(3)にはフィルタユニット(4)が設けられることを特徴とする圧力制御システム。
- 前記反応器(1)が気相反応器であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧力制御システム。
- 前記供給原料が固体、液体またはスラリーであることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の圧力制御システム。
- 前記供給原料が触媒を含有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の圧力制御システム。
- 前記フィルタユニットが焼結金属フィルタ(4)であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の圧力制御システム。
- 前記加圧ライン(5)が不活性ガス源に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の圧力制御システム。
- 前記不活性ガスが窒素であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の圧力制御システム。
- 前記解放ライン(6)が前記供給装置(2)から大気に圧力を放出することを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の圧力制御システム。
- 前記解放ライン(6)の端部分の断面が拡大されていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の圧力制御システム。
- 前記反応器(1)と前記供給装置(2)との間の圧力差が、差圧伝送器(9)によって測定されることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の圧力制御システム。
- 前記伝送器(9)および前記制御弁(7、8)が制御装置(10)に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の圧力制御システム。
- 前記供給原料が、計量供給装置を使用して前記供給装置(2)から前記反応器へ計量供給されることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の圧力制御システム。
- 前記計量供給装置が、ウェアプレートの上で回転する計量供給ディスクであることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の圧力制御システム。
- 前記供給原料が、連続的にまたは断続的に前記反応器(1)に供給されることを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の圧力制御システム。
- 請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の圧力制御システムを有することを特徴とする反応器。
- 請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の圧力制御システムを有する反応器において化学反応を行うことを特徴とする方法。
