Abstract
【解決手段】ねじ部1と頭部10の間に被締結材拡径部2を有する自穿孔ねじであって、前記ねじ部と前記被締結材拡径部がその接続部4にて、両者の軸線を偏芯若しくは屈曲して接続されることによって、捻じ込み時に前記被締結材拡径部が前記ねじ部の径に対して大きな回転軌道を描き、前記被締結材6に大径の穴を設ける。結果、前記被締結材6との間には遊動空間が形成され、前記被締結材の伸縮運動によって自穿孔ねじが干渉されて緩んでしまうという問題を解決することができる。

Claims (2)
- 一本の軸体からなり、先鋭なる端部9を一方に有し、もう一方の端部に工具係合手段を有する頭部10を有し、前記軸体の長手方向に沿って前記先鋭なる端部9より前記頭部10に向かってねじ部1を有し、前記ねじ部1と前記頭部10の間に被締結材拡径部2を有する自穿孔ねじにおいて、前記ねじ部1と前記被締結材拡径部2がその接続部4にて、両者の軸線が偏芯若しくは屈曲して接続されてなることを特徴とする自穿孔ねじ。
- 前記被締結材拡径部2において、半径方向に突出し、表面に不均一な凹凸8を有する穿孔補助突起3を配したことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の自穿孔ねじ。
