Abstract
【解決手段】前記金属繊維上には、密度が1より小さい付着物が付着している。このコンクリートは均一の金属繊維を有し、断面を減少させ、対抗応力の硬度を増加させる。この均一の金属繊維コンクリートの製造方法は、密度が1より小さい付着物を複数の金属繊維上に付着させ前記金属繊維にそれぞれ異なる密度を備えさせるという工程、水、セメントと異なる密度を備えた前記金属繊維を混ぜ合わせる工程、集成粒子を加える工程、及び凝集反応粒子を加え混ぜ合わせて前記均一の金属繊維を有するコンクリートにする工程を含む。

少なくとも一つ以上の密度が1より小さい付着物が付着している複数の金属繊維と、
水と、
セメントと、
集成粒子と、
凝集反応粒子という成分を含むことを特徴とする均一の金属繊維を有するコンクリート。 - 、
前記密度が1より小さい付着物は、ポリスチレン、ポリエチレン、ビニール化合物、フェニル化合物、おがくず及び発泡スチロールを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載した均一の金属繊維を有するコンクリート。 - 、
前記の金属繊維が中空金属繊維或いは両端が中空で中間がソリッドの金属繊維であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載した均一の金属繊維を有するコンクリート。
