Abstract
【解決手段】ステップS21において、ストリーム解析部では、順次入力されるトランスポートストリームが解析されてエントリポイントデータが取得され、ステップS22において、PLL部から入力される不連続発生フラグに対応して不連続点データが取得され、ステップS23において、順次入力されるトランスポートパケットが解析されてマーク点データが取得される。ステップS24において、ストリームデータベース作成部では、エントリポイントデータ、不連続点データ、およびマーク点データを用いてストリームデータベースが作成されて、ステップS25において、ストリームデータベースがデータ記録媒体に記録される。

Description
(2)ビデオエレメンタリーストリームの数が変化しない。また、それぞれのビデオストリームについてのPIDの値とそのVideoCodingInfoによって定義される符号化情報が変化しない。
(3)オーディオエレメンタリーストリームの数が変化しない。また、それぞれのオーディオストリームについてのPIDの値とそのAudioCodingInfoによって定義される符号化情報が変化しない。
Claims (4)
- トランスポートストリームを構成し、パケット識別情報が割り当てられたトランスポートパケットが、前記パケット識別情報に対応するアドレスに記録されるとともに、
前記トランスポートパケットに含まれる符号化情報の不連続点情報と、
再生開始位置と成り得るデータが格納されている前記トランスポートパケットを特定するエントリポイントマップとが、前記トランスポートストリームに対応するデータベースとして記録されており、
再生装置により、前記データベースが参照され、指定された再生開始位置により再生開始可能位置が検索され、前記データベースに含まれる情報を用いて、前記再生開始可能位置に対応するトランスポートパケットが記録されている前記データ記録媒体上のアドレスが算出され、前記算出された前記データ記録媒体上のアドレスから前記トランスポートパケットの読み出しが開始されて前記トランスポートストリームが再生される
