【解決手段】内燃機関10の排気通路11の上流側から順に、排気ガス中のNOxを浄化するNOx吸蔵還元型触媒22と、排気ガス中の炭化水素を吸着するHC吸着材23と、排気ガス中のPMを浄化する触媒付きDPF24又は酸化触媒とを備えた排気ガス浄化システム1において、前記NOx吸蔵還元型触媒22のNOx吸蔵能力を回復するNOx再生制御の際に、前記HC吸着材23の温度を指標する指標温度Tcが第1判定温度以下では、排気ガスの空燃比を空気過剰率換算で0.8〜1.1とし、第1判定温度と第2判定温度の間では1.0〜1.1とし、第2判定温度以上では0.8〜1.1とする。

Claims (4)
- 内燃機関の排気通路の上流側から順に、排気ガス中のNOxを浄化するNOx吸蔵還元型触媒と、排気ガス中の炭化水素を吸着するHC吸着材と、排気ガス中のPMを浄化する触媒付きDPF又は酸化触媒とを配置した排気ガス浄化装置を使用する排気ガス浄化方法において、前記NOx吸蔵還元型触媒のNOx吸蔵能力を回復するNOx再生制御の際に、前記HC吸着材の温度を指標する指標温度が第1判定温度以下では、排気ガスの空燃比を空気過剰率換算で0.8〜1.1とし、前記指標温度が第1判定温度と第2判定温度との間では、排気ガスの空燃比を空気過剰率換算で1.0〜1.1とし、前記指標温度が第2判定温度より高い場合には、排気ガスの空燃比を空気過剰率換算で0.8〜1.1とする制御を行うことを特徴とする排気ガス浄化方法。
- 前記第1判定温度として前記HC吸着材の温度が250℃となる温度を採用し、前記第2判定温度として前記HC吸着材の温度が300℃となる温度を採用することを特徴とする請求項1記載の排気ガス浄化方法。
- 内燃機関の排気通路の上流側から順に、排気ガス中のNOxを浄化するNOx吸蔵還元型触媒と、排気ガス中の炭化水素を吸着するHC吸着材と、排気ガス中のPMを浄化する触媒付きDPF又は酸化触媒とを備えた排気ガス浄化システムにおいて、前記NOx吸蔵還元型触媒のNOx吸蔵能力を回復するNOx再生制御の際に、前記HC吸着材の温度を指標する指標温度が第1判定温度以下では、排気ガスの空燃比を空気過剰率換算で0.8〜1.1とし、前記指標温度が第1判定温度と第2判定温度との間では、排気ガスの空燃比を空気過剰率換算で1.0〜1.1とし、前記指標温度が第2判定温度より高い場合には、排気ガスの空燃比を空気過剰率換算で0.8〜1.1とする制御を行う排気ガス浄化制御装置を備えたことを特徴とする排気ガス浄化システム。
- 前記第1判定温度として前記HC吸着材の温度が250℃となる温度を採用し、前記第2判定温度として前記HC吸着材の温度が300℃となる温度を採用することを特徴とする請求項1記載の排気ガス浄化システム。
