- 第一基板を提供する第一ステップと、
前記第一基板に複数のストリップ状のカーボンナノチューブフィルムを含むカーボンナノチューブ構造体を形成する第二ステップと、
前記第一カーボンナノチューブ構造体に第一固定層を被覆させて第一構造体を形成する第三ステップと、
前記第一ステップ乃至第三ステップを繰り返して第二構造体を形成する第四ステップと、
前記第一構造体の前記第一カーボンナノチューブ構造体におけるカーボンナノチューブフィルムを、前記第二構造体の前記カーボンナノチューブ構造体におけるカーボンナノチューブフィルムに垂直に配列させて、前記第一構造体及び第二構造体を対向して設置する第五ステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする液晶表示パネルの製造方法。 - 前記第二ステップが、
カーボンナノチューブアレイを提供する第一サブステップと、
前記カーボンナノチューブアレイを、複数のサブアレイに切断する第二サブステップと、
前記複数のサブアレイから複数のカーボンナノチューブフィルムを引き出す第三サブステップと、
前記複数のカーボンナノチューブフィルムを前記第一基板に付着させる第四サブステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の液晶表示パネルの製造方法。 - 前記第二ステップが、
カーボンナノチューブアレイを提供する第一サブステップと、
カーボンナノチューブフィルムを引き出す第二サブステップと、
前記カーボンナノチューブフィルムを複数の小寸法のカーボンナノチューブフィルムに切断する第三サブステップと、
前記複数のカーボンナノチューブフィルムを前記第一基板に付着させる第四サブステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の液晶表示パネルの製造方法。 - 前記第二ステップの第四サブステップにおいて、
前記カーボンナノチューブ構造体が、複数の積層されたカーボンナノチューブフィルムを含み、
それぞれの前記カーボンナノチューブフィルムにおけるカーボンナノチューブを、同じ方向に沿って配列させることを特徴とする、請求項2又は3に記載の液晶表示パネルの製造方法。 - 前記第二ステップの第四サブステップの後、有機溶剤を利用して前記カーボンナノチューブ構造体を浸漬して処理することを特徴とする、請求項2〜4のいずれか一項に記載の液晶表示パネルの製造方法。
- 前記第三ステップが、
有機材料の粉末を溶液に入れて溶剤を形成する第一サブステップと、
前記溶液に前記カーボンナノチューブ構造体を浸漬させて、前記カーボンナノチューブ構造体を回転させる第二サブステップと、
前記カーボンナノチューブ構造体を加熱して、前記カーボンナノチューブ構造体に固定層を形成する第三サブステップと、
