Abstract
【解決手段】下腿部材2に一端部が係合した抑制力発生部材31と、大腿部材1に係合して相対回動すると共に端部が抑止力発生部材31の他端部に係合して抑制力発生部材31の駆動速度を制御するカム32と、を有することを特徴とする義肢の膝関節構造。

(実施形態1)
図1は伸展状態の膝関節構造を示し、図1(a)は、側面視図、図1(b)は、図1(a)の部分断面視図、図1(c)は、後面視図である。図2は、屈曲状態の膝関節構造を示す部分断面図である。なお、上下、前後は図に示すとおりである。
(実施形態2)
図4は伸展状態の膝関節構造を示し、図4(a)は、側面視図、図4(b)は、図4(a)の断面視図、図4(c)は、後面視図である。図5は、屈曲状態の膝関節構造を示す部分断面図である。なお、実施形態1と同一の要素には同じ符号を付し、説明を一部省略する。

Claims (5)
- 大腿部材と、該大腿部材と相対回動する下腿部材と、該下腿部材の揺動を抑制する抑制手段と、を備えた義肢の膝関節構造であって、
前記抑制手段は、下腿部材に一端部が係合した抑制力発生部材と、大腿部材に係合して相対回動すると共に端部が該抑止力発生部材の他端部に係合して該抑制力発生部材の駆動速度を制御するカムと、を有することを特徴とする義肢の膝関節構造。 - 前記抑制手段を複数備える請求項1に記載の膝関節構造。
- 前記膝関節構造は上部リンクと下部リンクを備える4軸リンク構造であり、
前記大腿部材が前記上部リンクを、前記下腿部材が前記下部リンクをそれぞれ形成し、
前記抑制力発生部材は、前記一端部が前記下部リンクに揺動可能に軸支され且つ前記上部リンクに一端部が揺動可能に軸支された保持部材により保持されている請求項1に記載の義肢の膝関節構造。 - 前記保持部材の他端部は、圧縮ばねを介して前記下部リンクに揺動可能に軸支されている請求項3に記載の義肢の膝関節構造。
- 前記抑制力発生部材は、ばね、ピストンシリンダ装置、摩擦摺動装置の一種である請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の義肢の膝関節構造。
