Abstract
【解決手段】燃料タンク2に貯留した液化ガス燃料を燃料ポンプ3で加圧して燃料供給管路9A,9Bを介してインジェクタ8に送りエンジン1に供給する液化燃料エンジンにおける燃料噴射圧力制御方法であって、エンジン回転数と吸入空気圧力のデータから得られる数式モデルをベースにシミュレーションを行い、最適な制御パラメータを決定し、この決定した制御パラメータを用いて燃料供給装置に備えた電子制御ユニット10において求まるエンジン1の要求する燃料噴射量に応じて必要とする燃料噴射圧力を決定する可変目標燃料噴射圧力制御法を導入した。

Claims (4)
- 液化燃料エンジンにおいて燃料タンクから延出された先端側にインジェクタを有する燃料供給管路と、前記燃料供給管路に配設された燃料ポンプと、前記インジェクタおよび燃料ポンプを駆動制御する電子制御ユニットとを有する燃料供給装置を備え、前記燃料タンクに貯留した液化ガス燃料を前記燃料ポンプで加圧して前記燃料供給管路を介して前記インジェクタに送りエンジンに供給する液化燃料エンジンにおける燃料噴射圧力制御法であって、前記燃料供給装置に付設した各種センサによる実測値であるエンジン回転数と吸入空気圧力のデータから得られる前記燃料供給装置の有する物理的関係を表す数式モデルを作成し、この作成した数式モデルを用いて実際に測定できない運転状態についてのシステムパラメータを推定し、その数式モデルをベースにシミュレーションを行い、最適な制御パラメータを決定し、この決定した制御パラメータを用いて前記燃料供給装置に備えた前記電子制御ユニットにおいて求まるエンジンの要求する燃料噴射量に応じて必要とする燃料噴射圧力を決定する可変目標燃料噴射圧力制御法。
- 前記燃料供給装置の燃料圧力センサからの燃料圧力信号をフィードバックし、前記エンジン回転数と燃料噴射圧力に応じて計算された目標燃料噴射圧力と実測した燃料圧力信号との偏差を前記電子制御ユニットにおいて計算し、実際の燃料噴射圧力がその目標燃料噴射圧力と一致するように燃料噴射圧力制御を行うと同時に、目標燃料噴射圧力に応じて自動的に燃料噴射時間の補正を行うことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の液化燃料エンジンにおける燃料噴射圧力制御法。
