Claims (4)
- 液化燃料エンジンにおいて燃料タンクから延出された先端側にインジェクタを有する燃料供給管路と、前記燃料供給管路に配設された燃料ポンプと、前記インジェクタおよび燃料ポンプを駆動制御する電子制御ユニットとを有する燃料供給装置を備え、前記燃料供給装置に付設した各種センサからの検出信号に基づいて前記電子制御ユニットによりエンジンの要求する燃料噴射量に応じて必要とする燃料噴射圧力を決定して前記燃料タンクに貯留した液化ガス燃料を前記燃料ポンプで加圧して前記燃料供給管路を介して前記インジェクタに送りエンジンに供給する液化燃料エンジンにおける燃料噴射圧力制御法であって、前記燃料供給装置に付設した各種センサによる実測値であるエンジン回転数と基本燃料噴射時間についての複数のデータから得られる前記燃料供給装置についての前記エンジン回転数と基本燃料噴射時間とから目標燃料噴射圧力を求める数式モデルを作成し、この作成した数式モデルを用いて前記電子制御ユニットにおいて実際に測定できない運転状態についてのシステムパラメータを推定し、その数式モデルをベースにシミュレーションを行い、最適な制御パラメータを決定し、この決定した制御パラメータを用いて前記燃料供給装置に備えた前記電子制御ユニットにおいてエンジン回転数と基本燃料噴射時間で求まるエンジンの要求する燃料噴射量に応じて必要とする燃料噴射圧力を決定し、全ての運転条件において燃料噴射圧力がその目標圧力となるように前記燃料ポンプのポンプ吐出圧力をリアルタイムに制御する液化燃料エンジンにおける燃料圧力制御法。
- 前記燃料供給装置の燃料圧力センサからの燃料圧力信号をフィードバックし、前記エンジン回転数と基本燃料噴射時間に応じて計算された目標燃料噴射圧力と実測した燃料圧力信号との偏差を前記電子制御ユニットにおいて計算し、実際の燃料噴射圧力がその目標燃料噴射圧力と一致するように燃料噴射圧力制御を行うと同時に、目標燃料噴射圧力に応じて自動的に燃料噴射時間の補正を行うことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の液化燃料エンジンにおける燃料圧力制御法。
