Abstract
【解決手段】射出ユニット、射出ユニットの中央部分として射出ユニットハウジング、射出ユニットハウジングに連結した可塑化シリンダ、射出材料を調製するために回転し、軸方向の射出ストロークを生み出すために移動するために、可塑化シリンダ内に支持されたスクリュー、スクリューに連結し、スクリューの回転運動及び軸方向運動を生成し、モータフランジを介して射出ユニットハウジングに支持された駆動モータ、及びその射出ストロークを実行する際スクリューにより加えられる射出力を決定する射出力測定装置を有し、射出力測定装置は、射出ユニットハウジングに一体化された少なくとも1つの引張力センサを有し、射出力により生成され、モータ及びモータフランジを介して射出ユニットハウジングに導入される、射出力の反力が検出できる。

Claims (7)
- 射出ユニット(1)を有するプラスチック射出成形機であって、
射出ユニット(1)の中央部分として射出ユニットハウジング(2)、
射出ユニットハウジング(2)に連結した可塑化シリンダ(4)、
射出材料を調製するために回転し、軸方向の射出ストロークを生み出すために移動するために、可塑化シリンダ(4)内に支持されたスクリュー(5)、
スクリュー(5)に連結し、スクリュー(5)の回転運動及び軸方向運動を生成し、モータフランジ(12)を介して射出ユニットハウジング(2)に支持された駆動モータ(10,11)、及び
その射出ストロークを実行する際スクリュー(5)により加えられる射出力(S)を決定する射出力測定装置(17)を有するプラスチック射出成形機において、
射出力測定装置(17)は、射出ユニットハウジング(2)に一体化された少なくとも1つの引張力センサ(16)を有し、射出力(S)により生成され、モータ(10,11)及びモータフランジ(12)を介して射出ユニットハウジング(2)に導入される、射出力の反力(R)が検出できることを特徴とするプラスチック射出成形機。 - 少なくとも1つの引張力センサ(16)は、射出ユニットハウジング(2)の壁(13,14)のニュートラルな繊維の領域に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプラスチック射出成形機。
- 少なくとも1つの引張力センサ(16)は、射出ユニットハウジング(2)の凹部(15)に配置され、反力(R)に横断して延在する射出ユニットハウジング(2)の縁領域(21,26)と強制係合により凹部(15)に対して配置されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のプラスチック射出成形機。
- 少なくとも1つの凹部(15)は、射出ユニットハウジング(2)の壁(13,14)における開口であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のプラスチック射出成形機。
- 少なくとも1つの引張力センサ(16)は、工業規格の引張力センサであることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のプラスチック射出成形機。
- 射出力測定装置(17)は、中央射出軸に関して反対の関係で射出ユニットハウジング(2)に一体化された2つの引張力センサ(16)を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のプラスチック射出成形機。
- 凹部(15)は、ある機械タイプのためにカバーされる射出力測定範囲がタイプに依存する所望の凹部(15)の膨張幅に一致するように、軸円周方向の配置(A)と寸法(D)を構成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のプラスチック射出成形機。
