Abstract
【解決手段】生石灰の粒子の表面に、アクリルゴム、カルボキシ変性ニトリルゴムまたはそれらの混合物のコーティングを設ける。水和に当たっては、このコーティングを破壊するトリガー物質として、第四級アンモニウム塩である界面活性剤を含む水和水を作用させる。水和水の適用から若干のタイムラグをへたのち、発熱が始まって、顕著に進行する。

Claims (7)
- 生石灰または焼成ドロマイトの粒子の表面に、アクリルゴム、カルボキシ変性ニトリルゴムまたはそれらの混合物のコーティングを設けたことを特徴とする、水和反応性を制御した生石灰または焼成ドロマイト。
- 請求項1に記載の水和反応性を制御した生石灰または焼成ドロマイトを製造する方法であって、アクリルゴム、カルボキシ変性ニトリルゴムまたはそれらの混合物を溶媒に溶解した溶液を用意し、この溶液を生石灰または焼成ドロマイトの粒子の表面に適用したのち、溶媒を揮発させることによりコーティングを行なうことを特徴とする製造方法。
- 溶媒としてアセトンを使用して実施する請求項2の製造方法。
- 請求項1に記載の水和反応性を制御した生石灰または焼成ドロマイトを製造する方法であって、アクリルゴム、カルボキシ変性ニトリルゴムまたはそれらの混合物を溶媒に溶解した溶液を用意し、生石灰または焼成ドロマイトの粒子をこれに浸漬したのち、貧溶媒を添加して、溶質である上記のゴムを析出させることによりコーティングを行なうことを特徴とする製造方法。
- 溶媒としてアセトンを使用し、貧溶媒としてヘキサンを使用して実施する請求項4の製造方法。
- 請求項1に記載の水和反応性を制御した生石灰または焼成ドロマイトを水和させる方法であって、上記生石灰または焼成ドロマイトに対し、上記コーティングを破壊して生石灰または焼成ドロマイトと水和水との接触を可能にする、トリガー物質を添加した水和水を適用することを特徴とする水和方法。
- 上記コーティングを破壊するトリガー物質として、第四級アンモニウム塩からなる界面活性剤を使用して実施する請求項6の水和方法。
