Abstract
【解決手段】映像が表示される画素部と、該画素部の外側の少なくとも2つの縁領域に分散配置され、それぞれ少なくとも2つの方向から第1画素電源及び第2画素電源を受ける複数の第1電源パッド及び第2電源パッドとを備える有機電界発光表示パネルと、該有機電界発光表示パネルに電気的に接続され、前記有機電界発光表示パネルを駆動するための駆動IC(Integrated Circuit)と、前記第1電源パッド及び第2電源パッドに前記第1画素電源及び第2画素電源を伝達するための電源線とを備える複数のTCP(Tape Carrier Package)と、該TCPに電気的に接続され、前記TCPに前記駆動ICを制御するための制御信号並びに前記第1画素電源及び第2画素電源を供給する駆動ボードとを含む。

Claims (8)
- 映像が表示される画素部と、該画素部の外側の少なくとも2つの縁領域に分散配置され、それぞれ少なくとも2つの方向から第1画素電源及び第2画素電源を受ける複数の第1電源パッド及び第2電源パッドとを備える有機電界発光表示パネルと、
該有機電界発光表示パネルに電気的に接続され、前記有機電界発光表示パネルを駆動するための駆動IC(Integrated Circuit)と、前記第1電源パッド及び第2電源パッドに前記第1画素電源及び第2画素電源を伝達するための電源線とを備える複数のTCP(Tape Carrier Package)と、
該TCPに電気的に接続され、前記TCPに前記駆動ICを制御するための制御信号並びに前記第1画素電源及び第2画素電源を供給する駆動ボードと
を含むことを特徴とする有機電界発光表示装置。 - 前記有機電界発光表示パネルは、前記第1電源パッドと第2電源パッドとの間に形成され、前記画素部に駆動信号を供給するための複数の信号パッドをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機電界発光表示装置。
- 前記TCPは、前記第1電源パッド及び第2電源パッドの少なくとも1つと前記信号パッドとに電気的に接続される第1パッド部と、前記駆動ボードに電気的に接続される第2パッド部とを備え、
前記第1パッド部の少なくとも一側に位置する最後のパッドは、前記第1電源パッド及び第2電源パッドの少なくとも1つに電気的に接続されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の有機電界発光表示装置。 - 前記第1パッド部及び前記第2パッド部の少なくとも一側に位置する最後のパッドは、前記電源線によって互いに接続されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の有機電界発光表示装置。
- 前記第1電源パッドは、前記有機電界発光表示パネルの第1縁領域及び該第1縁領域に対向する第2縁領域にそれぞれ形成され、
前記第2電源パッドは、前記有機電界発光表示パネルの第3縁領域及び該第3縁領域に対向する第4縁領域にそれぞれ形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機電界発光表示装置。 - 前記第1電源パッドは、前記第1縁領域及び第2縁領域にそれぞれ複数個ずつ形成されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の有機電界発光表示装置。
- 前記第2電源パッドは、前記第3縁領域及び第4縁領域にそれぞれ複数個ずつ形成されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の有機電界発光表示装置。
- 前記第1電源パッド及び前記第2電源パッドは、前記有機電界発光表示パネルの互いに異なる縁領域に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機電界発光表示装置。
