Abstract
【解決手段】長繊維からなる補強繊維2aを配向した補強基材2を熱硬化性マトリックス樹脂中に埋設してなるプリプレグ1において、補強基材2より少なくとも一方のプリプレグ表面側に熱可塑性樹脂製の長繊維4aを補強繊維2aの配向方向に配向した不織布4を配置する。繊維補強複合材料は、プリプレグ1を複数積層して硬化させてなる。不織布4の目付としては3〜30g/m2の範囲がよく、不織布4の長繊維4aを構成する熱可塑性樹脂の主成分としてはポリエステルが好ましく使用される。

Claims (8)
- 長繊維からなる補強繊維を配向した補強基材を熱硬化性マトリックス樹脂中に埋設したプリプレグにおいて、該補強基材より少なくとも一方のプリプレグ表面側に熱可塑性樹脂製の長繊維を前記補強繊維の配向方向に配向した不織布を配置したプリプレグ。
- 前記不織布の目付が3〜30g/m2である請求項1に記載のプリプレグ。
- 前記不織布は前記補強繊維の配向方向に対して5度以下で延在する長繊維の比率が40〜100%である請求1または2に記載のプリプレグ。
- 前記不織布の長繊維を構成する熱可塑性樹脂の主成分がポリエステルである請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のプリプレグ。
- 前記補強繊維が強度3000MPa以上の炭素繊維である請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のプリプレグ。
- 前記熱硬化性マトリックス樹脂と不織布の重量の総和が、プリプレグ全重量の30〜60重量%である請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載のプリプレグ。
- 前記熱硬化性マトリックス樹脂が2官能以上のエポキシ樹脂を主成分とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載のプリプレグ。
- 請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載のプリプレグを複数積層して硬化させてなる繊維補強複合材料。
