前記樹脂保護膜を覆う無機材料からなる無機保護膜と、
を有する有機ＥＬ表示装置であって、
前記平坦化膜は、分断領域によって前記複数の画素回路を覆う領域と前記周辺回路を覆う周辺領域とに分けられており、
前記樹脂保護膜は、前記周辺領域の平坦化膜と離間して設けられ、
