JP 2001-261249 A

As described above, it takes time to perform an input operation for recording a measured value such as a voltage value or a current value of a device in a hoistway by an input operation or to write on paper. Therefore, every time measurement is performed, the work is interrupted to record the measurement result, so work efficiency is poor. In addition, the recorded information may not be correct due to a visual confirmation mistake or an input operation mistake of the maintenance staff.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide an elevator maintenance management device capable of improving the work efficiency of measurement for maintenance of elevator equipment by maintenance personnel and capable of correctly recording measurement results. It is in.

The elevator maintenance management device according to the present invention performs measurement related to the equipment of the elevator, writes this measurement result to a storage device installed in the premises of the elevator facility by short-range wireless communication, and closes the measurement result written in the storage device. ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the work efficiency concerning the measurement for the maintenance of the apparatus of an elevator by a maintenance worker can be improved, and the correct recording of a measurement result can be performed.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a block diagram illustrating a configuration example of an elevator maintenance management system according to an embodiment of the present invention. In the present embodiment, an elevator will be described as an example, but the present invention can also be applied to other elevators such as a man conveyor.

As shown in FIG. 1, in the embodiment of the present invention, an RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) writer 1 with a measurement function, an IC tag 2, an RFID reader 3 carried by maintenance personnel during inspection work, The portable communication terminal device 4 constitutes an elevator maintenance management system.

The elevator facilities are, for example, an elevator machine room, a hoistway, and the vicinity thereof. In this embodiment, the RFID writer 1 with a measurement function is installed on the elevator control panel side in the machine room. Hereinafter, the RFID writer 1 with a measurement function is simply referred to as an RFID writer 1.

The RFID writer 1 has a function of writing information indicating the inspection result of each part of the elevator to the IC tag 2 by short-range wireless communication, that is, non-contact.
The IC tag 2 is fixed to the installation location side of the RFID writer 1. In this embodiment, the installation position of the RFID writer 1 and the installation position of the IC tag 2 are fixed. Between the RFID writer 1 and the IC tag 2, there is no shield that prevents short-range wireless communication between the RFID writer 1 and the IC tag 2. Of course, the distance between the RFID writer 1 and the IC tag 2 is a distance at which short-range wireless communication can be performed.

The RFID reader 3 has a function of reading information written in the IC tag 2 by short-range wireless communication by bringing the device itself close to the IC tag 2. A belt is attached to the RFID reader 3 so that maintenance personnel can carry the RFID reader 3 on their arms, for example.

The measured value acquisition unit 15 is connected to a device to be inspected, for example, a measuring instrument such as a voltmeter or an ammeter of an elevator control panel via a cable, and acquires a measured value that is a measurement result of these measuring instruments. Here, as described above, the measured value acquisition unit 15 of the RFID writer 1 installed on the elevator control panel side and the various measuring instruments of the elevator control panel are connected via a short cable.

Further, the connection form between the measurement value acquisition unit 15 and various measuring instruments is not limited to this, and the RFID writer 1 is installed at, for example, a landing on the entrance floor, and then the measurement value acquisition unit 15 of the RFID writer 1 and the elevator control panel are connected. The various measuring instruments may be connected via a long cable. In this case, the installation location of the IC tag 2 is of course the installation location of the RFID writer 1.

The storage device 32 is a storage medium such as a nonvolatile memory, and stores a control program for processing operation of each unit. The read processing unit 33 receives information stored in the internal memory of the IC tag 2 via the antenna 37 and the communication interface 35. Thereby, the RFID reader 3 reads the information written in the IC tag 2 in a non-contact manner.
The communication processing unit 34 transmits the information received by the reading processing unit 33 to the mobile communication terminal device 4 via the communication interface 35 and the antenna 37.

The storage device 42 is a storage medium such as a nonvolatile memory, and includes a measurement information storage unit 43 in addition to storing a control program for processing operation of each unit. The measurement information storage unit 43 stores a measurement result table for managing measurement results.
The display device 45 is a display device that displays information received from the RFID reader 3.

Next, the operation of the elevator maintenance management system configured as described above will be described.
FIG. 5 is a flowchart showing an example of the processing operation of the elevator maintenance management system in the embodiment of the present invention.
First, when the time measuring unit 14 of the RFID writer 1 measures that a predetermined time, for example, 24 hours has elapsed (step S1), the measured value acquiring unit 15 determines the voltmeter of the connected elevator control panel. And the measured value by an ammeter is acquired (step S2).

And the writing process part 17 reads the information of the installation building name and elevator number which are memorize | stored in the installation location information storage part 13 of the memory | storage device 12 (step S3).
The write processing unit 17 combines the read information and the measurement value information acquired by the measurement value acquisition unit, and transmits the information to the IC tag 2 via the communication interface 16 and the antenna 20. (Step S4).

When the maintenance person brings the RFID reader 3 close to the IC tag 2 (YES in step S5), the installed building name, elevator name, and various measurement values stored in the internal memory of the IC tag 2 are stored in the internal antenna. Is transmitted to the RFID reader 3 via.

When the reading processing unit 33 of the RFID reader 3 receives the transmitted information via the antenna 37 and the communication interface 35, that is, when the RFID reader 3 reads the information stored in the IC tag 2 (step S4), The communication processing unit 34 transmits the read information to the mobile communication terminal device 4 via the communication interface 35 and the antenna 37 (step S7).

When the communication interface 46 of the mobile communication terminal device 4 receives information from the RFID reader 3 via the antenna 49 (step S8), the control unit 41 stores the received information in the measurement information storage unit 43 of the storage device 42. To be recorded in the measurement result table (step S9).
FIG. 6 is a diagram showing a configuration example of a measurement result table stored in the storage device of the portable communication terminal device of the elevator maintenance management system in the embodiment of the present invention in a table format.

And the discrimination | determination processing part 47 reads the measured value memorize | stored in the measurement information memory | storage part 43 of the memory | storage device 42, and this measured value is in the predetermined range, that is, whether a measured value is a normal value. Is determined (step S10).

The discrimination processing unit 47 discriminates that the measurement value is normal if the measurement value is within the above-described range as a result of the discrimination described above, and determines “good” as the discrimination result as the measurement value to be discriminated on the measurement information table. Associate. Further, if the measurement value is not within the above-described range as a result of the determination described above, the determination processing unit 47 determines that the measurement value is abnormal and requires repair, and the determination result is displayed on the measurement information table. Recording is performed in association with the measurement value to be discriminated (step S11).

As described above, in the elevator maintenance management system according to the embodiment of the present invention, the RFID writer 1 on the premises of the elevator facility acquires the measured values such as the voltage value and the current value of the equipment on the premises, and the IC tag 2 on the side. Write to. If the RFID reader 3 carried by the maintenance staff is brought close to the IC tag 2, information on the measured value is read from the IC tag 2 to the RFID reader 3, and this information is further transmitted to the mobile communication terminal device 4 which is an external device. Sent and saved. Therefore, the maintenance staff can record various measured values in the portable communication terminal device by simply bringing the RFID reader 3 close to the IC tag 2 on the RFID writer 1 side. That is, since it is not necessary to visually check the measured value by maintenance personnel, not only the efficiency of the inspection work is improved, but also a mistake in confirming the measured value by visual observation can be prevented. In addition, since manual operation for recording measurement values by maintenance personnel is not necessary, human error related to recording of measurement values can be prevented. Therefore, the measured value can be recorded correctly.

In the embodiment described above, the RFID writer 1 has been described to acquire various measurement values every time a predetermined time elapses and write information on the measurement values to the IC tag 2. The acquired measurement value information is accumulated and stored in the storage device 12 of the RFID writer 1, and the maintenance personnel who have arrived at the site operate the write button of the input device 18 to store and store the measurement information stored in the storage device 12. Value information may be written to the IC tag 2.

Further, as a modification, when a maintenance worker performs inspection work or part replacement work other than on-site measurement, the maintenance person operates the input device 44 of the mobile communication terminal device 4 to check the inspection execution date and the parts. An exchange date or the like is input, and the input information is transmitted to the RFID writer 1. After the information is received by the RFID writer 1, the IC tag 2 is subjected to a predetermined operation on the input device 18 of the RFID writer 1. A writing configuration may be used. As a result, a maintenance staff who arrives at the same site at a later date due to a failure or the like can quickly confirm the status of various inspections and parts replacement dates at the site.

The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment as it is, and can be embodied by modifying the constituent elements without departing from the scope of the invention in the implementation stage.
