Abstract

Claims (17)
- 作業機械であって、
内燃(IC)エンジンと、
前記ICエンジンと結合された無限可変トランスミッション(IVT)であって、可調節モジュールと機械式モジュールとを含み、可調節入力/出力(I/O)比を有する、IVTと、
前記機械式モジュールと結合されたクラッチであって、出力を有する、クラッチと、
動力制限制御を表す出力信号を供給する可調節操作者入力デバイスと、
前記操作者入力デバイスと結合されており、該操作者入力デバイスからの前記出力信号に応じて、前記I/O比および前記クラッチ出力の選択された組み合わせを制御するように構成された、少なくとも1つの電気処理回路と、
を備えた、作業機械。 - 請求項1記載の作業機械において、前記操作者入力デバイスはフット・ペダルである、作業機械。
- 請求項2記載の作業機械において、前記少なくとも1つの電気処理回路は、前記操作者入力デバイスからの前記出力信号を、最大許容対地速度と、前記クラッチからの最大許容出力トルクとに相関付ける、作業機械。
- 請求項3記載の作業機械において、前記少なくとも1つの電気処理回路は、前記フット・ペダルの位置を0と1との間の正規化値に相関付け、前記フット・ペダル位置の前記正規化値を、前記最大許容対地速度および前記最大許容出力トルクの各々について、0と1との間の正規化値と相関付ける、作業機械。
- 請求項3記載の作業機械において、前記最大許容出力トルクは、スリップが発生し始める前記クラッチの最大クラッチ圧力に対応する、作業機械。
- 請求項5記載の作業機械において、前記最大許容出力トルクが発生し、前記クラッチがスリップし始めた場合、前記少なくとも1つの電気処理回路は、前記作業機械の現対地速度と実質的に一致するように、前記I/O比を調節する、作業機械。
- 請求項5記載の作業機械において、前記クラッチがスリップしていない場合、前記少なくとも1つの電気処理回路は、前記フット・ペダルからの前記出力信号と関連した所望の対地速度と実質的に一致するように、前記I/O比を調節する、作業機械。
- 請求項1記載の作業機械において、前記IVTは前記クラッチを一体的に含む、作業機械。
- 請求項1記載の作業機械において、前記少なくとも1つの電気処理回路は、前記IVTと関連したトランスミッション制御ユニット(TCU)を含む、作業機械。
- 請求項1記載の作業機械において、当該作業機械は、建設作業機械、農業作業機械、林業作業機械、鉱業作業機械、および工業作業機械のうち1つを含む、作業機械。
- 内燃(IC)エンジンと、無限可変トランスミッション(IVT)と、クラッチとを含む作業機械の動作方法であって、
操作者入力デバイスから電気処理回路に、最大許容対地速度と前記クラッチからの最大許容出力トルクとに対応する出力信号を出力するステップと、
前記操作者入力デバイスからの前記出力信号に応じて、前記IVTのI/O比と前記クラッチのクラッチ圧力の選択された組み合わせを制御するステップと、
を備えた、方法。 - 請求項11記載の作業機械の動作方法において、前記操作者入力デバイスはフット・ペダルである、方法。
- 請求項12記載の作業機械の動作方法であって、
前記フット・ペダルの位置を、0と1との間の正規化値に相関付けるステップと、
前記フット・ペダル位置の前記正規化値を、前記最大許容対地速度および前記最大許容出力トルクの各々について、0と1との間の正規化値と相関付けるステップと、
を備えた、方法。 - 請求項11記載の作業機械の動作方法において、前記最大許容出力トルクは、スリップが発生し始める前記クラッチ上の最大クラッチ圧力に対応する、方法。
- 請求項14記載の作業機械の動作方法において、前記最大許容出力トルクが発生し、前記クラッチがスリップし始めた場合、前記少なくとも1つの電気処理回路は、前記作業機械の現対地速度と実質的に一致するように、前記I/O比を調節する、方法。
- 請求項14記載の作業機械の動作方法において、前記クラッチがスリップしていない場合、前記少なくとも1つの電気処理回路は、前記操作者入力デバイスからの前記出力信号と関連した所望の対地速度と実質的に一致するように、前記I/O比を調節する、方法。
- 請求項11記載の作業機械の動作方法において、前記IVTは前記クラッチを一体的に含む、方法。
