Abstract
【解決手段】 ステータ2と、当該ステータ2の外側を周方向に回転する円筒状のロータ3からなるアウターロータモータ1であって、前記ロータ3には、当該ロータ3を軸方向に貫通するV字マグネット6が埋設され、当該V字マグネット6は、前記ロータ3の周方向に所定間隔ごとに配設され、前記V字マグネット6は、2個の平板形状の永久磁石であるマグネット6d,6eからなり、当該マグネット6d,6eの側面の前記ロータ3の内周側である内側縁21がそれぞれ接して形成され、前記マグネット6d,6eの間には、非磁性材料が介在され、前記マグネット6d,6eは、前記ロータ3の内周に対する接線と平行となるように配設される。

Claims (7)
- ステータと、
当該ステータの外側を周方向に回転する円筒状のロータからなるアウターロータモータであって、
前記ステータは、所定間隔ごとに放射状に配設された複数本のティースと、当該ティースに巻回されて形成されたコイルとからなり、
前記ロータには、当該ロータを軸方向に貫通するV字マグネットが埋設され、
当該V字マグネットは、前記ロータの周方向に所定間隔ごとに配設され、
前記V字マグネットは、2個の平板形状の永久磁石であるマグネットからなり、当該マグネットの側面の前記ロータ内周側である内側縁がそれぞれ接して形成され、
前記マグネットの間には、非磁性材料が介在され、
前記マグネットは、前記ロータの内周に対する接線と平行となるように配設されることを特徴とするアウターロータモータ。 - 前記V字マグネットの前記ステータの中心に対する電気角が、144°〜174°であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアウターロータモータ。
- 前記非磁性材料は中空又は中実の棒状の楔ピンであり、前記マグネットの間に介在されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のアウターロータモータ。
- 前記ロータには、前記ロータの軸方向に貫通する貫通孔が形成され、
当該貫通孔は、前記V字マグネットの前記ロータに対する周方向両端の側面に沿って、前記V字マグネットごとに形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のアウターロータモータ。 - 前記マグネットの厚みをt、前記ロータの厚みをt0としたときに、0.25<t/t0<0.4であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のアウターロータモータ。
- 前記ティースが18本であり、前記V字マグネットが12個であり、前記ロータ外径が300mmであり、前記ロータ内径が255mmであり、前記ステータ外径が253.4mmであり、前記V字マグネットの前記ロータに対する周方向両端の側面の前記ロータ内周面側の内側縁と前記ロータ内側面との距離は0.8mmであり、前記マグネットの厚みは8.0mmであり、前記電気角が168°であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のアウターロータモータ。
- 電気自動車のインホイールモータとして用いられることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のアウターロータモータ。
