Description

The present invention relates to a lighting device for a vending machine.

The front door, which is the customer service section of the vending machine, is provided with an exhibition room in which a plurality of product samples are arranged on a product shelf, and the product sample is generally a highly versatile fluorescent lamp (straight tube). Illumination is performed by an illumination device using a fluorescent tube (for example, Patent Documents 1 and 2).

On the other hand, in order to save energy, it has been proposed to use a light emitting diode (hereinafter referred to as LED) instead of a fluorescent lamp as a lighting device of a vending machine. Specifically, a specially-shaped LED board or LED support shelf with an LED attached is provided behind the product sample, or below the product shelf on which the product sample is placed. It has been proposed to illuminate a product sample or the like (for example, Patent Documents 3 to 5), or to individually illuminate the product sample with an LED (for example, Patent Document 6 or the like).

Thus, when an LED is used instead of a fluorescent lamp as a lighting device, the amount of power used is less than that of a fluorescent lamp (for example, even when a large number of LEDs are used so as to have the same brightness, the amount is about half. Therefore, there is an advantage that the electricity cost is low, and since the life of the LED is much longer than that of the fluorescent tube, it can be used for a long period of time, and the replacement frequency can be reduced.

However, in the structures of Patent Documents 3 to 6 proposed as lighting devices for vending machines using LEDs, a product shelf specially designed for LEDs is used as a product shelf on which product samples are placed. As a lighting device of a vending machine, many parts with low versatility are used, which may increase the manufacturing cost.

In addition, even in the case of a product sample or a product sample supporting part with a built-in LED, a special sample must be used as the product sample or product sample supporting part, which is also inferior in versatility and expensive to manufacture. There is a risk of becoming.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention solves the above problems, and provides a lighting device for a vending machine that can illuminate well using LEDs while being able to use a structure for a lighting device that uses a conventional fluorescent lamp as much as possible. It is the purpose.

In order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention is an illumination device for a vending machine that illuminates a customer service section, and includes a fluorescent lamp socket disposed at a predetermined position and an LED substrate on which a plurality of light emitting diodes are attached. An LED light emitting unit, and the LED light emitting unit has a shape similar to that of a fluorescent tube terminal, engages with the fluorescent light socket, and has a terminal-shaped protrusion that supports the LED light emitting unit with the fluorescent light socket. It is provided.

With the above configuration, the fluorescent lamp socket, the product sample, and the product shelf on which the product sample is placed, by attaching the LED light emitting unit to the fluorescent lamp socket by engaging the terminal-shaped protrusion of the LED light emitting unit. LED lighting by the LED light emitting unit can be realized in a state where the LED light emitting unit is supported by the fluorescent lamp socket.

The present invention also provides a power supply connector for attaching / detaching a power supply plug for supplying power to the LED light emitting unit, or a power supply cord for supplying power from the outside to the LED light emitting unit. The LED light emitting unit is configured to be exposed or protruded from the outside and to supply power to the LED light emitting unit via the power supply connector or the power supply cord.

According to this configuration, the fluorescent light socket can be used as a support part of the LED light emitting unit, but the fluorescent light socket is not used as a power supply part, and the LED light emitting unit is connected to the LED light emitting unit via the power supply connector or the power supply cord. Light can be emitted while power is being supplied.

Further, the present invention connects the terminal portion of the fluorescent lamp socket to the power supply wire, and configures the terminal projection of the LED light emitting unit with a conductive member and electrically connects the terminal projection to the LED substrate. The LED light-emitting unit is supplied with power through a terminal-shaped protrusion brought into contact with the terminal portion of the fluorescent lamp socket.

According to this configuration, the fluorescent lamp socket can be satisfactorily used as a support part and a power supply terminal for the LED light emitting unit, and light is emitted while power is supplied to the LED light emitting unit via the fluorescent light socket and the terminal-shaped protrusion. be able to.

The present invention also provides a pair of terminal supports that support terminal-like protrusions disposed at both ends of the LED light-emitting unit, and an axis along the longitudinal direction between these terminal supports. An LED board holding body that is mounted rotatably about the heart and holds the LED board is provided.

According to this configuration, by rotating the LED board holding body that holds the LED board with respect to the terminal support that supports the terminal-shaped protrusions, the light emission direction from the LEDs can be freely changed. For example, it can illuminate in the direction which can illuminate the product sample satisfactorily.

In addition, the present invention is characterized in that the LED substrate and the LED substrate holder are divided into a plurality of portions in the longitudinal direction, and the divided light emitting units are supported so as to be independently rotatable.

According to this structure, the emission direction from LED of the divided | segmented LED board can be changed freely.
In addition, the present invention is characterized in that a lighting device for a fluorescent lamp is provided. According to this configuration, a fluorescent lamp can be used as the illumination device.

As described above, according to the present invention, it is provided with a fluorescent lamp socket disposed at a predetermined position and an LED light emitting unit having an LED substrate to which a plurality of light emitting diodes are attached, and the LED light emitting unit includes a fluorescent tube terminal. In the same shape as above, a terminal-like protrusion for engaging the fluorescent lamp socket and supporting the LED light emitting unit by the fluorescent lamp socket is provided. While using a sample shelf or a product shelf on which a product sample is placed, LED lighting by the LED light emitting unit can be realized, and the LED light emitting unit can be favorably supported by the fluorescent lamp socket.

In addition, the LED light emitting unit can be configured to be supplied with power to the LED light emitting unit via a power supply connector or power supply cord that is exposed outside the LED light emitting unit, or the terminal portion of the fluorescent lamp socket can be Connected to the power supply wire, the terminal-shaped protrusion of the LED light emitting unit is made of a conductive member, and the terminal-shaped protrusion is electrically connected to the LED substrate, and is in contact with the terminal of the fluorescent lamp socket. By supplying power to the LED light emitting unit via the protrusion, it is possible to supply power to the LED light emitting unit satisfactorily.

In addition, the LED substrate holder that holds the LED substrate with respect to the terminal support that supports the terminal-shaped protrusions can be freely rotated to freely change the light emission direction from the LED. Thus, the direction of the LED can be adjusted so that the product sample can be illuminated well.

In addition, the LED substrate and the LED substrate holder are divided into a plurality of parts in the longitudinal direction, and each divided light emitting unit is independently pivotably supported so that the divided LED substrate can emit light from the LEDs. The direction can be changed freely.

Hereinafter, an illumination device for a vending machine according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. 1 is an overall perspective view of the vending machine according to the embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a side sectional view of the vending machine, and FIG. 3 is a side sectional view of the lighting device of the vending machine and its vicinity. FIG. 4, FIG. 4 is a front view of the illumination device, FIG. 5 is a perspective view of the illumination device, and FIG. 6 is a simplified block diagram of a portion related to the illumination device of the vending machine.

As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 3, a front door 1 is disposed on a front portion as a customer service portion of a vending machine, and the front door 1 stores a storage and conveyance portion 3 of a product 2 and the like. It is attached to the vending machine main body 4 so that it can be opened and closed. From the upper part of the front door 1 to the central part, an exhibition room 6 in which a large number of product samples 5 are displayed is provided. A plurality of product shelves 7 are provided vertically inside the exhibition room 6, and a plurality of product samples 5 are placed side by side on the product shelves 7 in each step with a space therebetween. Further, corresponding to the product sample 5, a product selection button 8 is disposed in the front portion of the product shelf 7. In FIG. 1 to FIG. 3, 6a is a transparent panel disposed on the front surface of the exhibition room 6, and 6b is a rear portion of the exhibition room 6 (the front door 1 is attached so as to be openable and closable rearward. 19 is an input amount display section for displaying the input amount, and 24 is a product outlet from which purchased products are paid out.

As shown in FIGS. 3 to 5, the interior of each product shelf 7 in the exhibition room 6 (which may be provided at the upper end of the exhibition room 6 as necessary) is provided inside the exhibition room 6 and product samples. 5 is provided. That is, the support bracket 11 is attached to both ends of the back surface portion 6b of the exhibition room 6 corresponding to the location of the lighting device 10 in a posture standing on the front side from the back surface portion 6b. 11, a fluorescent lamp socket 12 is fixed to the surface of the vending machine near the center in the width direction. An LED light emitting unit 15 having an LED substrate 14 to which a plurality of light emitting diodes (hereinafter abbreviated as LEDs) 13 are attached is assembled and supported between the fluorescent lamp sockets 12. .

The LED substrate 14 has a substantially flat plate shape, a plurality of light emitting diodes 13 are mounted at predetermined intervals in the horizontal direction, and the LEDs 13 are connected to each other through a connection wiring 18. A terminal-like protrusion 16 that protrudes laterally at a predetermined interval is fixed to both ends of the LED substrate 14. On the other hand, the support bracket 11 and the fluorescent lamp socket 12 are the same as those used when a conventionally used fluorescent lamp is configured as an illuminating device, and the fluorescent lamp standard (for example, 35 W (or 20 W) is used. The support bracket 11 and the fluorescent lamp socket 12 are attached at positions corresponding to the length of the straight fluorescent lamp (fluorescent tube). And the said terminal-shaped protrusion 16 of the LED light emission unit 15 is the same shape as the electric power feeding terminal provided in the both ends of the said fluorescent tube, and is arrange | positioned by protruding sideways. The terminal-shaped protrusion 16 is assembled in a state where the terminal-shaped protrusion 16 is in contact with a power supply terminal portion 12 a provided in the fluorescent lamp socket 12. In this embodiment, the fluorescent lamp socket 12 is not connected to a power supply cord or the like, and the fluorescent lamp socket 12 is used only to physically support the LED light emitting unit 15. Yes.

A power supply connector 17 connected to an end portion of a connection wiring 18 that connects the LEDs 13 to each other is fixed to one end portion of the LED substrate 14, and power is supplied to the LED light emitting unit 15 to the power supply connector 17. The power supply plug 20 is attached in a detachable state.

As shown in FIG. 6, the vending machine is provided with a control unit 22 that controls the entire vending machine via a DC power supply unit 21, and the control unit 22 also controls power supply to the LED light emitting unit 15. . In addition, power suitable for the LED 13 is supplied to the LED light emitting unit 15 through the power supply plug 20, the power supply connector 17, the connection wiring 18, and the like through a power supply unit (not shown) connected to the control unit 22. Note that reference numeral 23 in FIG. 6 denotes a relay connector that relays power to each LED light emitting unit 15.

In this embodiment, as all the lighting devices, the LED light emitting unit 15 is replaced in place of the fluorescent lamp. In addition, since a fluorescent lamp such as a conventional lighting device is not used, a lighting device for a fluorescent lamp (such as a ballast or a lighting tube) is not provided.

According to this configuration, the LED light emitting unit 15 can be made to emit light while being fed via the power supply plug 17, the power supply connector 16, and the connection wiring 18. And since the LED light emitting unit 15 is attached by engaging the terminal-shaped protrusion 16 of the LED light emitting unit 15 with the socket 12 for fluorescent lamp, conventionally, the same as the case where the fluorescent lamp is used as a lighting fixture, While using the fluorescent lamp socket 12, the product sample 5, the product shelf 7, and the like, LED lighting by the LED light emitting unit 15 can be realized in a state where the LED light emitting unit 15 is supported by the fluorescent lamp socket 12. That is, since many parts similar to those of a conventional vending machine can be used, an increase in manufacturing cost can be minimized as a vending machine. In addition, by using the LED 13 as a lighting device, the amount of power used can be reduced compared to the case of using a fluorescent lamp, the electricity cost is low, and the life is much longer than that of a fluorescent tube, so it can be used for a long time. Thus, the replacement frequency of the LED light emitting unit 15 can be reduced. In addition, since the LED light emitting unit 15 is configured by mounting a plurality of LEDs 13 on one LED substrate 14, it is compared with the case where the LED 13 is assembled alone (in this case, the LED 13 is assembled as a loose part). As a result, it can be unitized and can be assembled easily and with little effort.

In the present embodiment, the LED light emitting unit 15 used in place of the conventional fluorescent lamp has a simple configuration in which a power supply connector 17 is provided on a part of the LED board 14 on which a plurality of LEDs 13 are mounted. Therefore, this also has an advantage that the manufacturing cost can be minimized.

In other words, as a method of diverting the components of a conventional vending machine that uses a fluorescent lamp as much as possible, all but the fluorescent lamp (fluorescent tube) uses the configuration of the vending machine for fluorescent lamps described above. The lighting device provided instead of the tube is provided with various conversion devices such as an A / D converter and a voltage regulator for converting the power supply for the fluorescent tube into the power supply for the LED, and further, the same LED as described above is provided. It is conceivable to use an LED light emitting unit incorporating a substrate or the like. However, in this case, a lighting device for fluorescent lamps such as a ballast for fluorescent lamps and a lighting tube (or an inverter circuit) is provided on the vending machine body side, and each fluorescent tube is provided with each lighting tube. Each of the LED light emitting units to be replaced requires a conversion device that converts the output from the fluorescent light ballast to the LED, which has a drawback of increasing the manufacturing cost. On the other hand, in this embodiment, since the lighting device for a fluorescent lamp (stabilizer and lighting tube) and the conversion device in each LED light emitting unit are unnecessary, there is an advantage that the manufacturing cost can be suppressed to a low level. is there.

In the above embodiment, the case where a plurality of LEDs 13 are mounted on one side (upper surface (or lower surface)) of the LED substrate 14 is illustrated. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and both surfaces (upper surface and upper surface) of the LED substrate 14 are illustrated. A plurality of LEDs 13 may be mounted on the lower surface.

Next, FIGS. 7 and 8 show a second embodiment, which is a modification of the above embodiment. In this embodiment, the terminal-like shape disposed at both ends of the LED light-emitting unit 15 is shown. The protrusions 16 are fixed and assembled to an annular terminal support 25 similar to the caps provided at both ends of the fluorescent tube. Further, an LED substrate holder 26 made of a flexible thin-walled cylindrical transparent material (for example, a resin thin plate) having a size corresponding to the glass tube portion of the fluorescent tube is provided. In the body 26, an LED substrate 14 on which a plurality of LEDs 13 are mounted is disposed. In this way, both end portions of the LED substrate holder 26 incorporating the LED substrate 14 are fitted on the inner peripheral side of the terminal support 25, whereby both end portions of the LED substrate holder 26 are The LED board 14 and the LED board holding body 26 are disposed so as to be rotatable about an axis along the longitudinal direction while being held in contact with the cylindrical inner wall surface of each terminal support 25. A power supply connector 17 similar to that of the above embodiment is attached to the end of the LED substrate holder 26, and a power supply plug 20 for supplying power to the LED light emitting unit 15 can be attached to and detached from the power supply connector 17. It is attached. Although not shown, the LED substrate 14 and the LED substrate holder 26 are provided with a guide groove or the like that can be inserted in the longitudinal direction at the time of assembly, for example. It is mounted in a state where its position is regulated so as not to rotate.

According to this configuration, in the LED light emitting unit 15, the LED substrate holding body 26 that holds the LED substrate 14 can be rotated in the circumferential direction with respect to the terminal support 25 that supports the terminal-shaped protrusion 16. The LED substrate holder 26 can be rotated and adjusted so that the direction of the brightest optical axis of the LED 13 faces the product sample 5 (or in the exhibition room 6). 7 shows a case where the interior of the product sample 5 is illuminated from below, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the illumination direction is downward (or a plurality of LEDs 13 on both sides of the LED substrate 14). The product sample 5 may be arranged so as to be illuminated from above by mounting and adjusting its posture.

Thereby, the product sample 5 and the exhibition room 6 can be illuminated in a better state by the LED 13. That is, in each vending machine, the mounting posture of the fluorescent lamp socket 12 and the display position of the product sample 5 with respect to the lighting device are different from each other, but even if there is a difference in such mounting posture or display position, Since the rotation position of the LED light-emitting unit 15 can be adjusted, the product sample 5 and the exhibition room 6 can be well illuminated.

In addition, since the LED 13 has a large property (directivity) in which the portion directly in front (the portion serving as the optical axis) is particularly bright, the LED substrate holder 26 has a property of diffusing light in order to reduce the directivity of the LED 13. You may comprise so that the wide area | region containing the merchandise sample 5 may be illuminated favorably using what is called a light-diffusion plate.

Further, FIG. 9 shows a third embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the LED substrate 14 and the LED substrate holder 26 are divided into two in the longitudinal direction, and the left LED substrate. The holding body 26 </ b> A and the right LED board holding body 26 </ b> B are connected to each other by a cylindrical connecting member 27 so as to be rotatable with respect to each other. Thereby, the divided light emitting unit 15A composed of the left LED substrate 14A and the left LED substrate holder 26A and the divided light emitting unit 15B composed of the right LED substrate 14B and the right LED substrate holder 26B are independently rotated. It is supported freely.

According to this configuration, the emission direction from the LED 13 of the divided LED boards 14A and 14B can be freely changed. Thus, for example, the left divided light emitting unit 15A illuminates the product sample 5 and the like from above, while the right divided light emitting unit 15B illuminates the product sample 5 and the like from below, and the degree of freedom of the choice of illumination direction is improved. . Also, since the LED substrate holders 26A and 26B can be selected in any color, for example, the left LED substrate holder 26A has a reddish illumination, the right LED substrate holder 26B has a bluish illumination, and the like. It is also possible to illuminate with different illumination colors. For example, the product sample 5 of the HOT beverage can be illuminated in red and the product sample 5 of the COLD beverage can be illuminated in blue. In this case, since the LED boards 14A and 14B are provided separately, the power is controlled individually for each of the divided light emitting units 15A and 15B.

In the above-described embodiment, the case where the power supply connector 17 for supplying power to the LED light emitting unit 15 is disposed so as to be exposed to the outside from the end of the LED substrate 14 is described. The cord itself is pulled out from the LED board 14 or the LED board holding body 26, and the feeding connector 17 is provided at the end thereof to connect to the feeding plug 20, or the end of the feeding cord is directly connected to the vending machine main body. It may be connected to a power supply circuit provided on the side.

In the above-described embodiment, the case where the terminal-like protrusion 16 of the LED light-emitting unit 15 is used only to physically support the LED light-emitting unit 15 is described, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the terminal-like protrusion 16 You may comprise so that it may be electrically fed to the LED light emission unit 15 using the protrusion part 16. FIG. That is, as shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, the power feeding terminal portion 12 a of the fluorescent lamp socket 12 is connected to the power feeding wire 35 connected to the power feeding portion, and the terminal-shaped protrusion of the LED light emitting unit 15. 16 is formed of metal (conductive material), and the connection wiring 18 of the LED substrate 14 on which the plurality of light emitting diodes 13 are mounted is connected to the terminal-shaped protrusion 16.

With this configuration, the LED light-emitting unit 15 is supported by the left and right fluorescent lamp sockets 12 by mounting the terminal-shaped protrusion 16 of the LED light-emitting unit 15 into the terminal portion 12 a of the fluorescent light socket 12. At the same time, the LED light-emitting unit 15 is fed with power through the right and left fluorescent lamp sockets 12 and the terminal-like protrusions 16. Therefore, the fluorescent lamp socket 12 can be favorably used not only as a support component for the LED light emitting unit 15 but also as a power supply terminal. The LED light emitting unit 12 is provided via the fluorescent lamp socket 12 and the terminal-shaped protrusion 16. 15 can be made to emit light while being fed well.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 7 and FIG. 8, the configuration in which power is supplied to the LED light emitting unit 15 through the right and left fluorescent lamp sockets 12 and the terminal-like protrusions 16 is shown in FIG. The present invention can be applied to a structure in which an LED board holding body 26 that holds the LED board 14 is rotatably arranged with respect to the terminal support body 25 to be supported, or a plurality of LED boards 14 and LED board holding bodies 26 are arranged in the longitudinal direction. It is also possible to apply to a structure in which each of the divided light emitting units 15A and 15B is rotatably supported independently. In this case, the end of the connection wiring 18 provided on the LED board 14 and the terminal protrusion are not cut off even when the relative position between the LED board 14 and the terminal protrusion 16 changes. It is preferable to connect the part 16 with a long lead wire or the like.

In the above embodiment, the case where only the LED light emitting unit 15 is mounted as the lighting device has been described. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and either the LED light emitting unit 15 or the fluorescent lamp 32 is selected. You may comprise so that it can mount | wear.

In this case, in addition to the above-described configuration, the ballast 31 for the fluorescent lamp and the lighting tube are provided on the vending machine body 4 or the front door 1 as shown in FIGS. 12 (a) and 12 (b). A fluorescent lamp lighting device (not shown or an inverter circuit) is provided, and the output portion of this lighting device is connected to the fluorescent lamp socket 12 so that the fluorescent lamp 32 can be fed.

In this case, when applied to the same configuration as shown in FIG. 3 to FIG. 9, only the fluorescent lamp power supply output unit is connected to the fluorescent lamp socket 12. When the fluorescent lamp 32 (fluorescent tube) is replaced, the fluorescent lamp illumination can be performed only by connecting the fluorescent lamp 32 to the fluorescent lamp socket 12. In this case, since the fluorescent lamp power supply output is always applied to the fluorescent lamp socket 12, an insulator is used as the terminal-like protrusion 16 of the LED light emitting unit 15, and the LED light emitting unit 15. When the LED is mounted, it is preferable that the LED light emitting unit 15 is not supplied with the output for the fluorescent lamp, whereby the LED 13 can be prevented from being damaged. In order to prevent electric shock, the fluorescent lamp output may not be output to the fluorescent lamp socket 12 when the LED illumination is used. In this case, however, a switching operation is required when replacing the fluorescent lamp.

As shown in FIG. 10 and FIG. 11, when the LED light emitting unit 15 is mounted, when the power is supplied from the fluorescent lamp socket 12, as shown in FIG. Is provided with a selector switch 33 for switching the input power to the fluorescent lamp socket 12 so as to be either a fluorescent lamp power supply circuit or an LED power supply circuit. The power to be supplied to is switched.

According to such a configuration, since a lighting device for a fluorescent lamp must be provided, the manufacturing cost increases, but there is an advantage that any one of the LED light emitting unit 15 and the fluorescent lamp 32 can be selected.

Moreover, in the said embodiment, although the case where the product sample 5 and the inside of the exhibition room 6 were illuminated with the illuminating device 10 was described, it is not restricted to this, In the vending machine provided with the advertisement part in the front door It can also be applied as a lighting device for illuminating the advertising unit. In the above embodiment, the case of the vending machine in which the product sample 5 is displayed in the exhibition room 6 of the front door 1 is described. However, the present invention is not limited to this. At least one of the front doors of the vending machine is described. Applicable to so-called see-through type vending machine lighting equipment (in this case, illuminates the internal product itself), which is made of a transparent material and can directly see the product inside the vending machine body It is.
