【解決手段】アミノカルボン酸からなるキレート化剤を15〜30質量%と、増粘剤としてアルギン酸プロピレングリコールエステルを1〜12質量%含有し、pH値を7.0以上、8.5未満とした歯科用歯面処理剤である。

Description
新鮮ヒト抜去永久歯の健全象牙質内に、直径約2.0mm、深さ約1.0mmの円柱窩洞を形成し、窩洞に各歯面処理剤を用いて60秒間コンディショニングし、水洗乾燥した。その後の歯面をアルコール脱水、臨界点乾燥、白金パラジウム蒸着を行い、日立社製S−4700を用いてSEM観察を行った。このとき、窩洞内に適用する際の「操作性」すなわち「窩洞への適用のしやすさ」についても評価した。
ウシ前歯歯冠部に、注水下でボックス窩洞(概形:6mm×6mm×3mm)を形成し、これに、表1および表2に示す各歯面処理剤を適用し、60秒間放置後に水銃で10秒間水洗した。水洗後の歯冠部に形成された窩洞がすべて浸るようにして日本薬局方精製水中に1時間浸漬、その後窩洞内を水洗して洗液を浸漬液に合わせ、乾燥気流下ですべて蒸発させ、蒸発残渣の質量を測定し、洗浄性の指標とした。
シリンジに充填した表1および表2に示す各歯面処理剤を、注入針(先端径:約1.5mm)を装着して適量を採取した。 採取後のシリンジを、注入針を装着したまま室内(室温23±1℃、相対湿度50±5%)に3時間放置した後、続けて問題なく採取できるか否かを確認した。
シリンジに充填した表1および表2に示す各歯面処理剤を、25℃、冷蔵、40℃の各保存条件で保管し、定期的に性状確認を行った。

- 象牙質面切削後のスミア層を除去するための歯科用歯面処理剤であって、アミノカルボン酸からなるキレート化剤を15〜30質量%およびアルギン酸プロピレングリコールエステルを1〜12質量%を含有し、pH値が7.0以上、8.5未満である歯科用歯面処理剤。

- pH調整剤としてアルカリ金属の水酸化物を使用した請求項1または請求項2に記載の歯科用歯面処理剤。
