Abstract
【解決手段】 気液溶解タンク8は、密閉状のタンク本体11と、タンク本体11の外部に吸込口14を有し、かつタンク本体11の内部で上方へ向けた噴射口16aを有する噴射ノズル16を有し、さらにタンク本体11の液面17より下部に外部へタンク本体11内の液体を吐出する吐出口19を有し、さらに噴射口16aと対向配置したタンク本体11の内部の上方の天井部11bの下面である衝突部20を有し、噴射口16aから気液混合液体を衝突部20に衝突させて気液溶解液体とするための装置であり、微細気泡発生装置Aに使用される。

Claims (7)
- タンク本体(11)と、タンク本体(11)の外部に吸込口(14)を有しかつタンク本体(11)の内部で上方へ向けた噴射口(16a)を有する噴射ノズル(16)と、タンク本体(11)の内部の液面(17)より下部で外部へ突出する吐出口(19)と、噴射口(16a)と対向配置されたタンク本体(11)の内部上方の衝突部(20)から形成されていることを特徴とする微細気泡発生装置(A)における気液溶解タンク(8)。
- タンク本体(11)の内部上方の衝突部(20)は、タンク本体(11)の上端部に嵌合の別部品からなるキャップ(12)の下部から形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の微細気泡発生装置(A)における気液溶解タンク(8)。
- 噴射ノズル(16)の噴射口(16a)は、その面積が吸込口(14)の面積より小さいことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の微細気泡発生装置(A)における気液溶解タンク(8)。
- 衝突部(20)は、その面積がタンク本体(11)内の液面(17)の面積より小さく形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の微細気泡発生装置(A)における気液溶解タンク(8)。
- 衝突部(20)は、下向きの凹凸形状から形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の微細気泡発生装置(A)における気液溶解タンク(8)。
- 衝突部(20)に形成の下向きの凹凸形状は、その高さが中央部で低く、周縁に向かって順次高くなって傾斜した凹凸形状の下端面を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の微細気泡発生装置(A)における気液溶解タンク(8)。
- タンク本体(11)の外部へ突出する吐出口(19)は、タンク本体(11)の底部(11a)に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の微細気泡発生装置(A)における気液溶解タンク(8)。
