Claims (15)
- 噴霧器ノズル(10)であって、
ノズル軸(A)を同軸に取り囲む環状混合室(26)の上流側に接続される液体流路(19)に液体(F)を供給するための液体接続部(12)と、
前記ノズル軸(A)から斜めに離れるように方向付けられた拡大する流動層(FH)であって、前記液体流路(19)の末端部(19c)に続く前記環状混合室(26)内に流れる流動層(FH)を前記環状混合室(26)に対して拡大する前記液体流路(19)の前記末端部(19c)内に形成する手段(20、25)と、
少なくとも1つの外側注入流路(29)と少なくとも1つの内側注入流路(34)とを備える気体配管系(28)へ圧縮気体(L)を供給するための少なくとも1つの気体接続部(13)と、を有し、
前記外側注入流路(29)は、前記ノズル軸(A)に対して半径方向外側において外側注入位置(30)で前記環状混合室(26)に開口し、
前記内側注入流路(34)は、前記ノズル軸(A)に対して半径方向内側において内側注入位置(35)で前記環状混合室(26)に開口する、
噴霧器ノズル。 - 前記外側注入位置(30)および前記内側注入位置(35)は、前記環状混合室(26)の延伸方向にずらして互いに配置される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の噴霧器ノズル。
- 前記外側注入位置(30)は、前記環状混合室(26)の延伸方向において前記内側注入位置(35)に対して上流側に配置される、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の噴霧器ノズル。
- 前記内側注入流路(34)および前記外側注入流路(30)は、前記外側注入流路(29)を介して前記環状混合室(26)内に流入する気体体積流量が前記内側注入流路(34)を介して前記環状混合室(26)内に流入する気体体積流量よりも大きくなるように、且つ/または前記外側注入位置(30)の横断面面積が前記内側注入位置(35)のそれよりも大きくなるように形成される、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3の何れか1項に記載の噴霧器ノズル。
- 前記環状混合室(26)は、下流側で霧状の噴霧ジェット(S)が流出する少なくとも1つの出口開口部(40)に接続される、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項4の何れか1項に記載の噴霧器ノズル。
- 前記環状混合室(26)は、注入位置(30、35)と少なくとも1つの前記出口開口部(40)との間に前記ノズル軸(A)の方向に一回または複数回湾曲する経路を備える、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の噴霧器ノズル。
- 流動層(FH)を生成するための手段(20、25)は、前記ノズル軸(A)の周りの円周方向(U)において閉じられる流動層(FH)を生成するために設置される、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項6の何れか1項に記載の噴霧器ノズル。
- 流動層(FH)を生成するための手段(20、25)は、液体流路(19)の前記末端部(19c)内またはその上流側に配置され、前記流動層(FH)によって周囲を流れられる中心部(25)を備え、その場合、前記ノズル軸(A)は前記中心部(25)を貫いて延伸する、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項7の何れか1項に記載の噴霧器ノズル。
- 流動層(FH)を生成するための手段(20、25)は、液体流路(19)に流れている液体(F)に旋回流を与える旋回流生成手段(20、21)を備える、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項8の何れか1項に記載の噴霧器ノズル。
- 前記旋回流生成手段は、前記液体流路(19)内に配置され、且つ流入する前記液体(F)が流れ込み、この液体流に旋回流を与える旋回流生成器(20)を備える、ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の噴霧器ノズル。
- 前記旋回流生成器(20)は、前記液体流路(19)の末端部(19c)の上流側に続く前記液体流路(19)の渦生成部(19b)内に配置される、ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の噴霧器ノズル。
- 前記旋回流生成手段は、液体流路(19)の末端部(19c)の上流側に続いており、前記末端部(19c)に向かって減少する断面または直径を備えた1つの部分を構成する、または1つの部分の直接上流側に配置される前記液体流路(19)の渦生成部(19b)を備える、ことを特徴とする請求項9〜請求項11の何れか1項に記載の噴霧器ノズル。
- 気体配管系(28)は、ノズル軸(A)に沿って中心部(25)内に延伸し、且つ液体流路(19)に開口する中心流路(33)を備える、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項12の何れか1項に記載の噴霧器ノズル。
- 前記噴霧器ノズル(10)は、液体流路(19)と前記環状混合室(26)とが存在するノズル本体(15)を備え、このノズル本体(15)は一体的に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項13の何れか1項に記載の噴霧器ノズル。
- 中心部(25)は、前記ノズル本体(15)と一体とされた構成要素である、ことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の噴霧器ノズル。
