Description

The present invention relates to a noise filter and a manufacturing method for removing noise that invades an electronic device or the like via a power supply line or the like, and more particularly to a noise filter characterized by having a structure that facilitates assembly.

Conventionally, a noise filter composed of a coil and a capacitor is a device that prevents an electronic device from malfunctioning due to noise entering the electronic device from the outside via a power supply line, a communication line, etc., and is necessary for the electronic device It is essential.

Conventionally, this type of noise filter has a common mode choke coil, X capacitor (Across the Line Capacitor) and Y capacitor (Line Bypass Capacitor) in a case body in which an AC input terminal block and an AC output terminal block are integrally formed. It has a structure with a case cover attached with a capacitor.

The common mode choke coil is connected between the AC input terminal and the AC output terminal to attenuate low-frequency common mode noise. The X capacitor is connected between the input side and output side lines of the common mode choke coil to attenuate low-frequency normal mode noise. The Y capacitor is connected between the line and the ground to attenuate high-frequency common mode noise and normal mode noise.

Conventionally, potting (resin filler) is used as a method for stably fixing a capacitor inside the case body of such a noise filter.

When potting is not used, the capacitor lead terminal is crimped with a caulking fitting and then soldered to fix the capacitor.
JP 2006-262368 A JP 2005-184074 A

However, in such a component fixing structure for fixing a capacitor using conventional potting, the cost increases because potting is used, and it takes time to cure after pouring. Since it is necessary, there is a problem that it takes a long time to assemble one unit.

On the other hand, in the structure where the lead terminal of the capacitor is crimped to the caulking metal and then soldered and fixed, the capacitor is fixed only by soldering, so if the soldering is not sufficiently familiar The lead terminal may come off from the caulking terminal, and the capacitor may not be fixed securely.

An object of the present invention is to provide a noise filter that can be easily and easily assembled and manufactured with a small number of man-hours.

The present invention provides a noise filter in which a case cover is mounted in a state in which a plurality of circuit components including a capacitor are incorporated in a case body in which an AC input terminal block and an AC output terminal block are integrally formed.
A capacitor storage portion for storing a capacitor formed inside the AC input terminal block and the AC output terminal block of the case body and opening at the bottom and penetrating the terminal extraction hole at the top;
A claw portion formed on the inner edge of the bottom opening of the capacitor housing portion,
A holding wall extending by a cantilever structure with the tip facing the middle position of the capacitor storage portion with the upper side in the diagonal direction with respect to the claw as the root,
And having a structure in which the lead terminal of the capacitor is inserted into the capacitor receiving portion from the bottom opening so as to pass through the terminal take-out hole, and is fixed to be secured by fitting to the claw portion and pressing by the pressing wall.

Here, the presser wall extends obliquely so that the tip enters the capacitor pressing side with respect to the base position.

The terminal lead-out hole forms a tapered guide hole opened in a pyramid shape on the capacitor housing portion side.

The capacitor is an X capacitor having a rectangular block shape, and the capacitor housing portion includes a rectangular block-shaped cavity corresponding to the rectangular block shape of the X capacitor.

According to the present invention, the capacitor is fitted into the claw portion formed on the inner edge of the bottom opening by fitting the capacitor lead terminal into the terminal lead-out hole from the bottom opening of the case body, thereby preventing the capacitor from coming off. At the same time, the capacitor is pressed and fixed by the holding wall extending in a cantilever structure with the diagonal direction as the root to the claw, and the capacitor is easily and easily assembled and fixed in the capacitor storage portion of the case body. Then, after the assembly and fixing, the processing operation of bending the capacitor lead terminal and fixing it to the caulking metal fitting can be facilitated.

In addition, since all the fixing structure is integrally formed in the case body, no separate parts or materials are required for mounting and fixing the capacitor, so that the cost can be reduced and the assembly work time can be shortened. Therefore, the productivity is high, and it can greatly contribute to the reduction of the manufacturing cost of the noise filter.

FIG. 1 is an external view showing an embodiment of a noise filter according to the present invention. In this embodiment, a single-phase AC noise filter will be described. The noise filter 10 is integrally provided with an AC input terminal block 18, an AC output terminal block 20, and two ground terminals 25 on both sides of the case body 12, and a case cover 14 is attached to the case body 12.

As shown in the circuit diagram of the present embodiment in FIG. 2, the noise filter 10 is a low-frequency common mode formed by winding a conductive wire around a toroidal core between the AC input terminals 18a and 18b and the AC output terminals 20a and 20b. Two common mode choke coils 22 for attenuating noise, an X capacitor (across the line capacitor) 24 connected between the input side and output side lines of the common mode choke coil 22, and a common mode in a high frequency range In order to attenuate noise and normal mode noise, a Y capacitor (line bypass capacitor) 26 connected between the output side line and ground is provided. Although not shown, a bleeder resistor for discharging the accumulated charge of the capacitor when the power is turned off may be provided between the lines.

FIG. 3 is an explanatory view showing the internal structure of the case body with the case cover removed. The case main body 12 is integrally formed with an AC input terminal block 18 and an AC output terminal block 20 on both sides of the bottom plate 12a. Two sets of common mode choke coils 22 are arranged between the AC input terminal block 18 and the AC output terminal block 20.

The AC input terminal block 18 and the AC output terminal block 20 have a capacitor storage portion for storing an X capacitor, as will be apparent from the following description, and a cylindrical Y in the central portion of the case body 12. A capacitor 26 is disposed.

FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view showing a case main body extracted from the noise filter of the present embodiment. In FIG. 4, the case body 12 has an AC input terminal block 18 and an AC output terminal block 20 formed on both sides, and a capacitor housing portion 28 is formed in each of them.

The capacitor housing portion 28 is a rectangular block-shaped cavity having a bottom opening 30, and a claw portion 32 is formed so as to protrude from the inner edge of the bottom opening 30.

For the claw portion 32 formed at the inner edge portion of the bottom opening 30, there is provided a presser wall 34 that is extended by a cantilever structure with the tip end directed toward the middle position of the capacitor storage portion with the diagonally upper position as the root. .

Further, a terminal extraction hole 36 is formed in the upper portion of the capacitor storage portion 28, and the terminal extraction hole 36 is provided with a tapered guide hole 38 opened in a pyramid shape on the capacitor storage portion 28 side.

FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view showing the capacitor storage portion 28 on the AC input terminal block 18 side in FIG. In FIG. 5, the presser wall 34 provided in the capacitor storage portion 28 extends by a cantilever structure toward the middle position of the capacitor storage portion 28 with respect to the root P point located in the diagonal direction of the claw portion 32. The Q point at the tip is extended obliquely so as to enter the predetermined dimension a in the direction of pressing the X capacitor stored on the capacitor storage portion 28 side.

Next, the work of assembling the X capacitor into the capacitor storage portion 28 of this embodiment will be described.

FIG. 6 shows a start state of the assembling work of the X capacitor 24 with respect to the capacitor housing portion 28. The X capacitor 24 is a capacitor having a rectangular block shape, and a pair of lead terminals 25 is provided at the tip.

When such an X capacitor 24 is stored in the capacitor storage portion 28, the lead terminal 25 side is fitted from the bottom opening 30 toward the capacitor storage portion 28, and the tip of the lead terminal 25 is on the upper side of the capacitor storage portion 28. The X capacitor 24 is fitted so as to face the taper guide hole 38 formed in the above.

At this time, the X capacitor 24 is obliquely pushed toward the inner side (left side) into the capacitor housing portion 28, and is pushed so that the upper right edge of the X capacitor 24 falls inside the Q point at the tip of the holding wall 34.

FIG. 7 shows a state immediately before the X capacitor 24 is assembled into the capacitor housing portion 28 and fitted into the claw portion 32. When the X capacitor 24 is pushed into the capacitor housing portion 28 so that the lead terminal 25 passes through the terminal extraction hole 36 through the guide hole 38 and exits to the outside, the holding wall 34 is pushed by the pushing of the X capacitor 24 as shown in FIG. The X capacitor 24 is pushed in while being bent to the right side from the position, and pushed to the position where the upper right edge of the X capacitor 24 hits the corner edge of the base point of the presser wall 34.

At this time, the lower left edge of the X capacitor 24 is about to get over the tip of the claw portion 32. When the X capacitor 24 is further pushed in, the lower left edge of the X capacitor 24 gets over the claw portion 32, as shown in FIG. To the claw portion 32. At this time, the X capacitor 24 is pressed and fixed to the inner wall on the left side of the capacitor housing portion 28 by receiving a reaction force due to the pushing deformation to the outside (left side) of the press wall 34.

In the assembled and fixed state of the X capacitor 24 with respect to the capacitor storage portion 28 as shown in FIG. 8, the case body 12 is moved because the X wall 24 is held by the claw portion 32 and simultaneously held by the holding wall 34. However, the X capacitor 24 does not fall out of the capacitor storage portion 28, and the X capacitor 24 does not rattle due to the pressing by the elastic deformation of the holding wall 34.

After the X capacitor 24 is assembled and fixed in the capacitor housing 28 as shown in FIG. 8, the lead terminal 25 is bent as shown by the arrow A, and the tip of the lead terminal 25 is attached to the crimping fitting 40 as shown in FIG. Secure with caulking. Even if the lead terminal 25 is bent during the caulking operation, the X capacitor 24 is fixed by pressing due to the elastic deformation of the holding wall 34, and the X capacitor 24 does not move in the capacitor housing portion 28. The lead terminal 25 can be easily bent and fixed to the caulking metal fitting 40 while the 24 is pressed and fixed.

In the above embodiment, the fixing structure of the X capacitor 24 having the rectangular block shape with respect to the case body of the noise filter is taken as an example. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the circuit component having the rectangular block shape. As a storage and fixing structure for the case main body, an appropriate electrical component can be applied as it is.

As shown in the embodiment of FIG. 5, the fixing structure of the electrical component having the rectangular block shape has a claw portion 32 at the inner edge portion of the bottom opening of the storage portion having a cavity corresponding to the rectangular block shape. By providing the presser wall 34 extending in a cantilever structure with the diagonal direction of the base as a base, it can be similarly applied to appropriate parts.

The present invention includes appropriate modifications that do not impair the objects and advantages thereof, and is not limited by the numerical values shown in the above embodiments.
