Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、少なくとも1つの空気取出し口(20)が燃焼室の入口(11)に位置付けられているケーシング(16)と、上記取出し口の付近に少なくとも1つの燃料噴射器(15aから15d)が位置付けられた複数の燃料噴射器(15)が燃焼室内で環状に分布している燃料供給装置とを備える、ガスタービンエンジン環状燃焼室に関する。
燃焼室は、燃料供給装置が取出し口(20a、20b)の付近に位置付けられた上記噴射器(15aから15d)の燃料流量を他の燃料噴射器(15)と比較して減少させる手段を備えることを特徴とする。
本発明によって、取出しによって生じる燃焼室下流の高温スポットが軽減される。

Claims (9)
- 少なくとも1つの空気取出し口(20)が燃焼室の入口(11)に位置付けられているケーシング(16)と、前記取出し口の付近に少なくとも1つの燃料噴射器(15aから15d)が位置付けられた複数の燃料噴射器(15)が燃焼室内で環状に分布している燃料供給装置とを備える、ガスタービンエンジンの環状燃焼室であって、燃料供給装置が、取出し口(20a、20b)の付近に位置付けられた前記燃料噴射器(15aから15d)の燃料流量を他の燃料噴射器(15)と比較して減少させる手段を備える、環状燃焼室。
- 前記燃料流量を減少させる手段が、空気取出し口の付近に位置付けられた前記噴射器(15aから15d)内の燃料流量を、他の噴射器(15)と比較して3%から10%分減少させるように構成されている、請求項1に記載の燃焼室。
- 前記燃料流量を減少させる手段が、噴射器(15’aから15’d)の供給ダクト内の固定されたダイヤフラム(41)である、請求項1または2に記載の燃焼室。
- 燃料噴射器(15)が、アイドル供給と、全開供給における流量を制御する手段(34)を備えた全開供給とを備え、燃料流量を減少させる手段が、前記制御手段に対して作用するように構成されている、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の燃焼室。
- 制御手段がバネ(35)によって復帰される弁(34)であり、燃料流量を減少させる手段が所定剛度のバネによって形成されている、請求項4に記載の燃焼室。
- 供給装置が、噴射器の個々の供給ダクトが連結されたマニホルドを備え、取出し口の付近の前記噴射器の供給ダクトが、他の噴射器と比較して流量を減少させるように位置が決定されるゲート(50)によって制御される、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の燃焼室。
- ゲートがソレノイド弁である、請求項6に記載の燃焼室。
- ゲートが、空気取出し流量に応じて調節される、請求項6に記載の燃焼室。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の燃焼室を備える、ガスタービンエンジン。
