Abstract
【解決手段】冷却ガスを吸引し吐出するファン5と、対象物が搬入される冷却室2と、冷却ガスを冷却室2内部に吹出させる吹出口23と、冷却室2内部に吹出した冷却ガスをファン5に向けて還流させる還流路上に設けられ開度を調節するシャッタ81が付帯した還流口24とを具備する熱処理装置を構成した。本熱処理装置によれば、還流口24の開口面積を絞ることで冷却室2内の気圧を高め、部位により質量の異なる対象物全体を均一に冷却することができる。

Claims (7)
- 冷却用のガスを充填して熱処理対象物を冷却する熱処理装置であって、
充填された冷却ガスを吸引し吐出するファンと、
前記熱処理対象物が搬入される冷却室と、
前記冷却室に設けられ前記ファンが攪拌する冷却ガスを冷却室内部に吹出させる吹出口と、
前記冷却室内部に吹出した冷却ガスを前記ファンに向けて還流させる還流路上に設けられ開度を調節する調節機構が付帯した還流口と
を具備する熱処理装置。 - 前記調節機構は、前記還流口の開口面積を前記吹出口の開口面積以下に絞ることができるものである請求項1記載の熱処理装置。
- 前記調節機構は、前記還流口の開口面積を、前記吹出口の開口面積の約200%から約30%の範囲で調節できるものである請求項2記載の熱処理装置。
- 前記熱処理対象物を加熱するヒータをさらに具備し、
前記ファンの駆動源の出力を前記ヒータの加熱電力よりも大出力にできる請求項1、2または3記載の熱処理装置。 - 前記ファンの駆動源が熱機関である請求項1、2、3または4記載の熱処理装置。
- 前記冷却室内部または周囲にヒータ及び断熱材を配設しており前記冷却室が前記熱処理対象物の加熱室を兼ねる請求項1、2、3、4または5記載の熱処理装置。
- 前記冷却室の周囲に冷却液を流通させる冷却液ジャケットを付設している請求項1、2、3、4、5または6記載の熱処理装置。
