Abstract
【解決手段】電極体80と、電極体80を収容する外装ケース40と、外装ケース40の開口部42を塞ぐ封口蓋20と、外装ケース40内の異常内圧によって変形する電流遮断弁22とを備え、電流遮断弁22には、当該電流遮断弁22と電極体80との間を通電する複数の導電部材10が取り付けられており、複数の導電部材10は、異常内圧による電流遮断弁22の変形によって段階的に切断され、当該電流遮断弁22と電極体80との間に流れる電流を遮断するように構成されている電池100である。

Claims (6)
- 電極体と、
前記電極体を収容する外装ケースと、
前記外装ケースの開口部を塞ぐ封口蓋と、
前記外装ケース内の異常内圧によって変形する電流遮断弁と
を備え、
前記電流遮断弁には、当該電流遮断弁と前記電極体との間を通電する複数の導電部材が取り付けられており、
前記複数の導電部材は、前記異常内圧による電流遮断弁の変形によって段階的に切断され、当該電流遮断弁と前記電極体との間に流れる電流を遮断するように構成されていることを特徴とする、密閉型電池。 - 前記電流遮断弁は、前記封口蓋に設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の密閉型電池。
- 前記複数の導電部材は、それぞれ、前記電流遮断弁の取付部位に所定の弛み代を有する状態で取り付けられており、
前記取付部位は、前記電流遮断弁の変形によって前記導電部材の弛み代を伸張させる方向に移動し、当該移動に伴って前記複数の導電部材はそれぞれ異なる時点で順次切断されていくように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の密閉型電池。 - 前記複数の導電部材は、それぞれ異なる弛み代を有する状態で、且つ、前記電流遮断弁の同一の取付部位に取り付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の密閉型電池。
- 前記複数の導電部材は、それぞれ同一の弛み代を有する状態で、且つ、前記電流遮断弁の異なる取付部位に取り付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の密閉型電池。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の密閉型電池を備える車両。
