Description

The present invention relates to a liquid disinfectant cleaning composition suitable for disinfecting and cleaning textiles, particularly clothes worn by newborns and elderly people requiring nursing care.

Nursing clothes such as diapers and pants worn by those who need nursing care, and diapers such as diapers of newborns are contaminated with excrement such as urine and feces, and bacteria contained in the excrement By breeding inside clothing, it forms extremely unsanitary dirt. For such stains, normal liquid detergents intended for sebum stains, mud stains, etc. cannot be sufficiently sterilized and washed. Has been developed.

For example, by blending (a) a surfactant, (b) ethanolamine, (c) a chelating agent, and (d) a water-soluble carbonate at a specific ratio, Disclosed is a liquid detergent composition intended to improve the cleaning effect of both stubborn stains derived from stool and food stains such as oil and fat, protein stains, sebum stains, dirt such as mud stains, etc. (See Patent Document 1).

In addition, (A) a surfactant obtained by mixing one or more of an anionic surfactant, an amphoteric surfactant and a nonionic surfactant, and (B) one or more specific aminopolycarboxylic acids and salts thereof Improve the cleaning effect against dirt peculiar to underwear (bilirubin dirt) by blending two or more kinds of chelating agents and (C) alkaline agents commonly used in conventional detergents at a specific ratio Has been disclosed (see Patent Document 2).

In addition, sterilization and softening agent composition that can be used as a sterilizing and softening treatment for textile products such as squeezes, towels, diapers, sheets, yukata and pajamas, and nightwear and underwear, and paper, etc. In addition, a composition containing polyaminomonocarboxylic acid, benzalkonium chloride and a silicone-based texture improver as main components is disclosed (see Patent Document 3).
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 11-5997 Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 63-6097 Japanese Patent No. 2506125

However, Patent Documents 1 and 2 do not have a viewpoint of sterilizing bacteria contained in excrement, and the problem that bacteria are agitated in a washing machine during washing to recontaminate clothing and the like is solved. Therefore, there is a problem that the sterilizing power against the bacteria in the excrement is not sufficient.

On the other hand, since the composition of Patent Document 3 contains borax having a bactericidal property, polyaminomonocarboxylic acid and benzalkonium chloride, the composition has a bactericidal power. And benzalkonium chloride are easily adsorbed on the fiber, and the sterilizing power against bacteria dispersed in the washing liquid is reduced, and the problem that the bacteria remaining in the washing liquid recontaminate clothing, etc. is still solved. It has not been.

The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and stably exhibits excellent sterilization effect and cleaning effect against dirt due to excrement such as clothing worn by those who need care, It is an object of the present invention to provide a liquid sanitizing detergent composition that hardly recontaminates clothing and the like.

In addition, the present invention includes a liquid disinfectant cleaning composition containing 1 to 40% by mass of a nonionic surfactant as the component (D), in particular, with the components (A) to (C). This is the second gist.

Furthermore, the present invention has a liquid sanitizing detergent composition in which the component (A) is a dioctyldimethylammonium salt as a third gist, and the component (B) is monoethanolamine. A liquid sanitizing detergent composition that is at least one selected from the group consisting of diethanolamine and triethanolamine is a fourth gist.

In the present invention, among these, in particular, the component (C) contains citric acid, gluconic acid, succinic acid, tripolyphosphoric acid, hydroxyethylethylenediaminetriacetic acid, ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid, diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid, nitrilotriacetic acid, It is at least one selected from the group consisting of ethylenetetraminehexaacetic acid, phosphonic acids, L-glutamic acid diacetic acid, methylglycine diacetic acid, acrylic acid polymers, copolymers of acrylic acid and maleic acid, and alkali metal salts thereof. The liquid sanitizing detergent composition is a fifth aspect.

That is, as a result of intensive research to solve the previous problem, the present inventors have combined undiluted soil formed by excrement by combining a specific dialkyldimethylammonium salt with an alkali agent and a chelating agent. On the other hand, it has been found that a liquid sanitizing detergent composition can be obtained that exhibits sufficient sanitizing power and detergency without being affected by fibers and hardly causes recontamination to textiles such as clothing. Reached.

The liquid disinfectant cleaning composition of the present invention exhibits excellent disinfecting and cleaning effects against unsanitary soil formed by urine and feces, and recontamination of soiling on textiles such as clothing. Has the advantage of less. Therefore, diapers, nursing clothes such as pants, newborn clothes, squeezers, towels, sheets, and other textiles worn by persons in need of nursing care are sanitized and cleaned with a single wash. Can be finished.

Next, the best mode for carrying out the present invention will be described in detail.

The liquid sanitizing detergent composition of the present invention (hereinafter referred to as “the present composition”) comprises a specific dialkyldimethylammonium salt (component A), an alkali agent (component B), and a chelating agent (component C). Is contained as an essential component.

As the dialkyldimethylammonium salt of the component (A), a dialkyldimethylammonium salt represented by the following general formula (1) is used. This is not affected by the material of the textiles to be cleaned (cotton, polyester, nylon, etc.) and is hardly adsorbed to any fibers during washing, so the surface to be cleaned of textiles This contributes to the disinfection action against bacteria adhering to the fiber, and further contributes to an effect that results in less recontamination of the textile.

Figure 2009091469
Figure 2009091469

Among the dialkyldimethylammonium salts, particularly, R 1 in the general formula (1) is a hexyl, heptyl, octyl, hexenyl, heptenyl or octenyl group, and R 2 is hexyl, heptyl, octyl, nonyl. , Decyl, hexenyl, heptenyl, octenyl, nonenyl or decenyl groups. More preferably, R 1 is an octyl group and R 2 is an octyl or decyl group.

Further, X in the above general formula (1) - is, Cl -, I -, Br - or is a halogen ion such as, HSO 4 -, NO 3 - , H 2 PO 4 - are such inorganic acids counterion Or an organic acid counter ion such as CH 3 OSO 3 , C 2 H 5 SO 3 , CH 3 CO 2 , CH 3 C 6 H 4 SO 3 or CH 3 SO 3 But in particular, Cl - is preferably.

Specific examples of such component (A) include dioctyldimethylammonium chloride and decyloctylammonium chloride. You may use these individually or in combination of 2 or more types. In addition, it is preferable to use dioctyl dimethyl ammonium chloride from the point of availability.

And the compounding quantity of the said (A) component must be set in the range of 2-10 mass% with respect to this composition whole. That is, if the amount is less than 2% by mass, the sterilization effect is poor, whereas if it exceeds 10% by mass, a large amount of cationic surfactant will entrench the soil and increase the recontamination of the textile. is there. Among the above ranges, it is particularly preferable to set the amount within the range of 4 to 8% by mass from the viewpoint of sterilization and prevention of soil recontamination.

Moreover, the alkaline agent of the component (B) used in the present invention contributes to an improvement in sterilizing action against bacteria adhering to the surface to be cleaned of fibers and a cleaning effect on textiles. Examples of the component (B) include ethanolamines such as monoethanolamine, diethanolamine, and triethanolamine. You may use these individually or in combination of 2 or more types.

The compounding quantity of the said (B) component must be set in the range of 1-30 mass% with respect to this composition whole. That is, when the blending amount is less than 1% by mass, the effect of improving the sterilization effect and the cleaning effect is poor, and when it exceeds 30% by mass, the sterilization effect and the cleaning effect become saturated, which is economically disadvantageous. Among the above ranges, it is particularly preferable to set the content in the range of 5 to 15% by mass from the viewpoint of improving the sterilizing effect, cleaning effect, and economical efficiency.

Furthermore, the chelating agent of the component (C) used in the present invention contributes to an improvement in sterilizing effect against bacteria and a cleaning effect on textiles. Examples of the component (C) include citric acid, gluconic acid, succinic acid, tripolyphosphoric acid, hydroxyethylethylenediaminetriacetic acid, ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid, diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid, nitrilotriacetic acid, triethylenetetraminehexaacetic acid, phosphonic acids, and L-glutamic acid diacid. Examples thereof include acetic acid, methylglycine diacetic acid, acrylic acid polymer, a copolymer of acrylic acid and maleic acid, and an alkali metal salt thereof. You may use these individually or in combination of 2 or more types.

The compounding quantity of the said (C) component must be set in the range of 1-30 mass% with respect to this composition whole. That is, when the blending amount is less than 1% by mass, the sterilization effect and the improvement effect of the cleaning effect are poor, and when it exceeds 30% by mass, the sterilization effect and the cleaning effect become saturated, which is economically disadvantageous. Among the above ranges, it is particularly preferable to set the amount within the range of 10 to 20% by mass from the viewpoint of improving the sterilizing effect, cleaning effect, and economical efficiency.

The liquid disinfecting detergent composition containing the above components (A) to (C) as essential components exhibits excellent disinfecting and cleaning effects against unsanitary dirt formed by urine and feces, In addition, there is an advantage that there is little recontamination of dirt on textiles such as clothing. Therefore, diapers, nursing clothes such as pants, newborn clothes, squeezers, towels, sheets, and other textiles worn by persons in need of nursing care are sanitized and cleaned with a single wash. Can be finished.

In addition, when a nonionic surfactant is used as the component (D) together with the components (A) to (C) in the present composition, it is preferable that a further excellent effect can be obtained. The nonionic surfactant mainly contributes to the improvement of the cleaning effect. As the nonionic surfactant, for example, a linear or branched chain having 8 to 22 carbon atoms, preferably 12 to 18 carbon atoms is used. Polyoxyethylene alkyl ether, polyoxyethylene alkenyl ether, polyoxyethylene alkylenephenyl having an average addition mole number of ethylene oxide of 5 to 20, preferably 6 to 15 with respect to the primary or secondary alcohol Examples include ethers, polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene alkyl ethers, polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene alkenyl ethers, polyoxyalkylene glycol fatty acid esters, alkylamine echine oxide adducts, and the like. You may use these individually or in combination of 2 or more types.

When using the said (D) component, it is preferable to set the compounding quantity in the range of 1-40 mass% with respect to this composition whole. That is, when the blending amount is less than 1% by mass, the effect of improving the cleaning effect on the fiber product is poor, and when it exceeds 40% by mass, the cleaning effect becomes saturated and may be economically disadvantageous. In addition, among the said range, it is especially suitable to set to the range of 10-30 mass% from the point of the improvement of disinfection effect, a cleaning effect, and economical efficiency especially.

In addition, the composition includes, as an optional component, a solvent such as propylene glycol and ethyl alcohol, a pH adjuster, a viscosity adjuster, an enzyme, an enzyme stabilizer, and a fluorescent brightening agent as long as the effects of the present invention are not hindered. , Dyes, fragrances, deodorants, metal corrosion inhibitors and the like can be blended. In addition, even if the said solvent is added and contained in (A)-(D) component as a stabilizer, solubilizer, etc. of said (A)-(D) component, it is arbitrarily added separately. It may be done.

In addition, this composition is normally prepared as a liquid composition by adding an arbitrary component and water with respect to said (A)-(C) component or (A)-(D) component.

Examples of the water include tap water, soft water, ion exchange water, pure water, purified water, and the like. Preferably, soft water, ion exchange water, and pure water are used. These may be used alone or in combination of two or more. And the remaining mass% is mix | blended with the said water as a balance so that the whole this composition may be 100 mass%.

Hereinafter, examples of the present invention will be described in detail together with comparative examples. The present invention is not limited to these examples.
