Claims (10)
- 気流を流すための管体と、
前記管体内に形成された流体抵抗部と、
前記流体抵抗部に形成され、前記管体内における2位置における圧力を取り出すための少なくとも2ペアの圧力取出口と
を具備したことを特徴とするフローセンサアダプタ。 - 前記流体抵抗部は、前記管体の側壁に沿って少なくとも二ケ所に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフローセンサアダプタ。
- 前記流体抵抗部は、前記管体内のガス濃度を測定するための測定窓を備えることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載のフローセンサアダプタ。
- 前記管体には、管体内のガスを取り出すためのガス取出部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載のフローセンサアダプタ。
- 前記流体抵抗部は、前記管体の中央部に設けられ、前記管体の軸方向に長尺に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項4に記載のフローセンサアダプタ。
- 前記流体抵抗部は、略楕円盤の形状であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のフローセンサアダプタ。
- 前記圧力取出口と連通する連通穴と、
外部のチューブと結合するジョイント部と前記連通穴との間に設けられ、前記連通穴を介して到来する気流に含まれる水蒸気による水を貯める貯水部と
を具備していることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載のフローセンサアダプタ。 - 前記圧力取出口に連通する連通穴の端部を一か所に集積してジョイント管を前記管体に平行に形成したコネクタ部を
具備することを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載のフローセンサアダプタ。 - 前記ガス取出部に連通する連通穴の端部及び前記圧力取出口に連通する連通穴の端部を一か所に集積してジョイント管を前記管体に平行に形成したコネクタ部を
具備することを特徴とする請求項4乃至8のいずれか1項に記載のフローセンサアダプタ。 - 前記管体の外部から内部へ向かって筒状に形成され、前記管体内のガスを取り出すためのガス取出部と、
