Abstract
筒内直接噴射式の内燃機関に用いる燃料噴射弁において、燃料配管とエンジンヘッド側の取り付け孔の偏芯がある場合においても燃料噴射弁の機能に影響を与えないようにする。
【解決手段】
燃料を内燃機関の筒内に直接噴射する燃料噴射弁であって、燃料噴射弁は燃料配管101に挿入され、締結部材102,106によって燃料配管101に固定される燃料噴射弁において、前記締結部材が当接する当接部を、燃料のシールを行うシール部分103とは別個に設けると共に、前記当接部を前記締結部材よりも柔らかい部材で形成し、燃料噴射弁の軸心に対して曲げモーメントが生じた際に、前記当接部が塑性変形するように構成する。

Claims (6)
- 燃料を内燃機関の筒内に直接噴射する燃料噴射弁であって、燃料噴射弁は燃料配管に挿入され、締結部材によって燃料配管に固定される燃料噴射弁において、
前記締結部材が当接する当接部を、燃料のシールを行うシール部分とは別個に設けると共に、前記当接部を前記締結部材よりも柔らかい部材で形成し、燃料噴射弁の軸心に対して曲げモーメントが生じた際に、前記当接部が塑性変形するように構成したことを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項1に記載の燃料噴射弁において、前記当接部は前記締結部材よりも引張強度が小さいか、もしくは硬さが小さい材料で構成されていることを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の燃料噴射弁において、前記当接部を前記締結部材と接触する突起で構成したことを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の燃料噴射弁において、前記締結部材及び前記締結部材によって固定される燃料噴射弁の固定部のいずれよりも降伏点の低い材料で作られた馬蹄形状の部材を前記締結部材と前記固定部との間に設け、前記馬蹄形状の部材によって前記当接部を構成したことを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。
- 燃料を内燃機関の筒内に直接噴射する燃料噴射弁であって、燃料噴射弁の一端部を燃料配管に挿入し、締結部材によって燃料配管に固定する燃料噴射弁の支持方法において、
前記締結部材が当接する当接部を、燃料のシールを行うシール部分とは別個に設けると共に、前記当接部を前記締結部材よりも柔らかい部材で形成し、燃料噴射弁の軸心に対して曲げモーメントが生じた際に、前記当接部が塑性変形するようにして前記燃料配管に固定することを特徴とする燃料噴射弁の支持方法。 - 請求項5に記載の燃料噴射弁の支持方法において、前記締結部材は、固定クリップと、前記固定クリップと燃料噴射弁との間に設けられる押さえ板とからなることを特徴とする燃料噴射弁の支持方法。
