Abstract
【解決手段】電極層は、i)基材の少なくとも一枠領域に対応して形成された接地電極と、ii)接地電極と連結するように基材上に形成され、メッシュまたはストライプパターンを有する補助電極とを含む。透明導電膜層は、電極層上にまたは基材と電極層との間に形成され、金属薄膜と金属酸化物薄膜が複数回積層されて形成される。本発明に係るディスプレイ装置用電磁波遮蔽部材は、電磁波遮蔽効率が優れている。

Claims (5)
- 透明な基材と、
i)前記基材の少なくとも一枠領域に対応して形成された接地電極と、
ii)前記接地電極と連結するように前記基材上に形成され、メッシュまたはストライプパターンを有する補助電極とを含む電極層と、
前記電極層上にまたは前記基材と前記電極層との間に形成され、金属薄膜と金属酸化物薄膜が複数回積層された透明導電膜層と、
を含むことを特徴とするディスプレイ装置用電磁波遮蔽部材。 - 前記基材は、ガラス基板または透明高分子樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のディスプレイ装置用電磁波遮蔽部材。
- 前記基材の一面には複数の楔形溝が形成され、前記楔形溝の内部は、導電性物質で充填されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のディスプレイ装置用電磁波遮蔽部材。
- 前記補助電極は、線幅が10〜100μmであり、ピッチが2〜100mmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のディスプレイ装置用電磁波遮蔽部材。
- 前記補助電極は、カーボン、コバルト、および銅から成る群から選択された少なくとも1つの物質が含まれて黒化処理されたシルバーペーストで形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のディスプレイ装置用電磁波遮蔽部材。
