Description

The present invention is a partition structure applied to, for example, a case where an indoor space such as a house or office is partitioned into a room or space having a desired size by a partition material such as a partition panel or a sliding door, particularly for a lower (floor side) partition. Concerning floor structure.

Conventionally, various partition structures have been proposed as described in Patent Documents 1 to 3, for example, when partitioning an indoor space of a house or office into a room or space having a desired size and shape by partition materials such as partition panels and sliding doors. ing. In this case, the partition material such as the partition panel and the sliding door is generally built along a rail member such as a runner or a guide rail provided facing the floor side and the ceiling side in a normal room.

特開平10−266426号公報Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-266426 特許第2847492号公報Japanese Patent No. 2847492 特許2002−266561号公報Japanese Patent No. 2002-266561

However, for example, if the partition material is removed from the rail member in order to remove the partition material by changing the interior of the room, or to move or change the partition position, the rail member may be exposed to the room and damage the appearance. There is. In particular, the floor-side rail member is conspicuous and not only impairs the atmosphere and appearance of the room, but also when the rail member protrudes significantly above the flooring, it can be used to hook your feet when walking in the room, There are inconveniences such as hindering the so-called barrier-free operation.

Therefore, when the partition material is removed as described above, it is conceivable that at least the rail member on the floor side is also removed together. However, when the rail member is provided integrally or integrally with the sill, it is difficult to remove. In addition, if the rail member is mounted on the floor material with screws or the like, if the rail member is removed, there is a risk that the mounting marks by the screws remain and the appearance appearance is impaired, or the removed rail member is lost. .

In addition, it is conceivable that the floor-side rail member is formed at the same height as the floor material laid on the floor surface so as not to protrude upward, and is interposed between adjacent floor materials. On the upper surface, there are provided concave grooves and protrusions for engaging and guiding a partition material such as a normal partition panel and a sliding door. Moreover, since the rail member and the flooring material are usually different from each other, it is uncomfortable that the rail member having such a different material remains in the vicinity of the center of the room even after the partition material is removed. May damage the sense of unity.

The present invention has been proposed in view of the above problems, and even when a partition material such as a partition panel or a sliding door is removed by changing the interior of the room, the floor rail member protrudes from the floor surface, screws, etc. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a partition structure that does not leave attachment marks due to or that does not impair the appearance of the room easily and inexpensively.

In order to achieve the above object, the partition structure according to the present invention has the following configuration. That is, in the partition structure for partitioning the room into a plurality of rooms and spaces by building partition materials such as partition panels and sliding doors along the rail members such as runners and guide rails between the ceiling and floor in the room, A floor-side rail member in which the partition material is built is provided on the floor surface between the adjacent floor materials in the room so as to be detachable and turnable upside down, and on the back surface of the rail member, the surface material of the same material as the floor material is provided. Are formed integrally, and the thickness dimension of the rail member including the outer covering material is formed substantially equal to the thickness dimension of the flooring material.

The rail member on the floor side where the partition material is built as described above is provided between the adjacent floor materials in the room so as to be detachable and can be turned upside down, and the back surface of the rail member is made of the same material as the indoor floor material. For example, when the partition material is removed by changing the interior of the room by providing the material integrally, if the rail member is turned upside down so that the surface material is the same as the floor material, It is possible to prevent the rail member made of a material different from the floor material as in the prior art and the rail member having irregularities such as grooves and protrusions on the surface from being exposed to the room and damaging the indoor atmosphere and appearance.

In addition, by forming the thickness dimension of the rail member including the cover material substantially the same as the thickness dimension of the floor material, it is possible to prevent the surface material and the rail member from protruding above the floor material. it can. As a result, it becomes possible to prevent the rail member from protruding upward from the flooring material as in the conventional case, and to prevent it from becoming a hindrance when walking in the room or moving in a wheelchair, making it barrier free The effect that it can promote is acquired.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be specifically described based on embodiments shown in the drawings. FIG. 1 is a plan view of a chamber to which a partition structure according to the present invention is applied, FIG. 2 is an enlarged vertical sectional view taken along line AA in FIG. 1, FIG. 3 is an enlarged vertical sectional view of a rail member and a floor material on the floor side, FIG. It is a perspective view of a rail member on a floor side and a flooring.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the partition structure of the present embodiment includes a plurality of interiors of a substantially rectangular room S in which a wooden flooring material is laid as a flooring 1 on a floor surface (floor base surface) F. The partition material 2 is divided into rooms S1 and S2 having a predetermined size by a partition material 2 made of a sliding door, and the partition material 2 is built between rail members 3 and 4 provided on the ceiling side and the floor side. It is.

The rail member 3 on the ceiling side is formed in a downward-facing bowl shape having a plurality of (three in the figure) concave grooves 3a on the lower surface side by a long metal mold material or the like in the present embodiment, In each of the grooves 3a, the upper part of the partition material 2 composed of the plurality of sliding doors is engaged and held so as to be slidable in the front-rear direction in FIG. In the figure, the rail member 3 is configured to be attached to the ceiling surface (ceiling base surface) C via a spacing member 5 or the like, but may be directly attached to the ceiling surface C or suspended from the ceiling surface C. It can also be attached via a supported frame, a hanging wall or a suspended ceiling.

On the other hand, the rail member 4 on the floor side has a plurality of recesses (three in the case of the figure) extending in the longitudinal direction on the upper surface of a long plate material of a predetermined thickness formed of synthetic resin or the like in this embodiment. The partition material 2 formed of the plurality of sliding doors is configured to be movable in the front-rear direction in FIG. 2 via a roller 6 that forms grooves 4a and engages with the respective grooves 4a. The roller 6 is provided at the lower end of each partition member 2 so as to be freely rotatable about a horizontal shaft 6a. Instead of the roller 6, an engagement projection or the like may be provided at the lower end of each partition member 2, and the engagement projection or the like may be slidably engaged with the groove 4a. .

The rail member 4 is interposed between adjacent floor materials 1, 1 laid on the floor surface F, and the surface material of the same material as the floor material 1 on the back surface side (the lower surface side in FIG. 2) of the rail member 4. In this embodiment, a wooden flooring material is used as the flooring material 1 as described above, and a wooden surface covering material 41 of the same material as the flooring material is used as the rail member 4. It is fixed integrally with an adhesive or the like in a state of being laminated on the back side. In addition, the surface finishing process (surface on the opposite side to the rail member 4) of the said covering material 41 is given the surface finishing process by the lacquer etc. similarly to the said flooring material.

The thickness dimension of the rail member 4 and the covering material 41 is formed substantially equal to the thickness dimension of the flooring 1 made of the flooring material, and the rail member 4 and the covering material 41 are adjacent to each other. It is provided on the floor surface F between the materials 1 and 1 so as to be detachable and upside down. In addition, when the said rail member 4 and the surface covering material 41 are installed upside down or upside down, between the member which touches the floor surface F, and the floor surface F, the easily peelable adhesive for slippage prevention as needed You may make it interpose a material and a cushion material.

In the above configuration, the rail member 4 is in an upward state (a state in which the rail member 4 is located above the cover material 41) in the state in which the partition member 2 is built as shown in FIG. When the partition member 2 is removed as shown in FIG. 4 due to a pattern change in the chamber S and the rail member 4 is not in use, the adjacent flooring 1. After the rail member 4 and the cover material 41 are pulled upward from the floor surface F between the rails 1, the rail member 4 and the cover material 41 are turned upside down as shown by the chain line in FIG. It may be placed on the floor surface F between the flooring materials 1 and 1 again as shown by the solid line in the figure so as to face downward. As a result, as shown in FIG. 6, the upper portion of the rail member 4 is covered with a surface covering material 41 (the flooring material made of the same material as the flooring material 1 in the present embodiment) made of the same material as that of the flooring material 1. In addition, it is possible to prevent the rail member 4 made of a material different from that of the flooring 1 or the rail member 4 having irregularities such as the groove 4a on the surface from being exposed to the room and damaging the indoor atmosphere and appearance.

Further, by forming the thickness dimension of the rail member 4 including the cover material 41 substantially equal to the thickness dimension of the floor material 1, the cover material 41 and the rail member 4 protrude upward from the floor material 1. Can be prevented. As a result, the rail member protrudes upward from the floor material as in the conventional case, and does not become a hindrance when walking in the room or moving with a wheelchair, thereby promoting barrier-free. Is possible.

When the partition member 2 is removed as described above, the rail member 3 on the ceiling side is installed as it is because there is less risk of damaging or disturbing the indoor atmosphere and appearance compared to the rail member 4 on the floor side. It may be in a state, and may be configured to be removable or movable as required. Further, the configuration of the rail member 3 on the ceiling side is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various configurations can be applied as long as the partition material 2 can be supported so as not to fall when the partition material 2 is built. .

In addition, since the rail member 4 on the floor side is configured to be detachable as described above, the partition position by the partition member 2, the rail member 4 or the like can be easily moved or changed. FIG. 7 shows an example thereof. FIG. 7A is an enlarged cross-sectional view taken along line BB when the rail member 4 in FIG. 1 is at the solid line position P1 in FIG. 1, and FIG. It is a BB expanded sectional view when it exists in chain line position P2 of FIG.

In this case, for example, only the rail member 4 and the covering material 41 in FIG. 7A and the flooring 1C may be replaced, but the flooring 1 as shown in the example shown in FIG. If there is a projection 1a or the like, the projection 1a of the flooring 1B in FIG. 7A must be cut off, so at least the flooring 1A without the projection 1a adjacent to the rail member 4 (this The protrusion 1a of the flooring material 1A may be replaced including the protrusion 1a that has been cut in advance. For example, when the floor material 1A, the rail member 4 and the covering material 41, and the floor materials 1B and 1C in FIG. 7A are replaced, the arrangement position of the rail member 4, that is, the partition position, is as shown in FIG. 7B. It can be moved easily. In the figure, reference numeral 1b denotes an engaging groove with which the tongue-and-groove projection 1a is engaged.

Not only the floor material 1A, the rail member 4 and the surface covering material 41 are replaced as described above, but also other floor materials adjacent to them can be replaced. The same applies to the case where the protrusions 1a and the other protrusions are not limited to the protrusions 1a.

When the arrangement position of the rail member 4 on the floor side is moved as described above, the rail member 3 on the ceiling side is arranged so as to be opposed to the position immediately above it, and its means and the like are appropriate. For example, the rail member 3 on the ceiling side that was directly above the rail member 4 on the original floor side may be moved to a position directly above the rail member 4 that has been moved, or another rail member 3 may be installed. May be. And the partition position can be easily changed by installing the partition material 2 similar to the above between the rail members 3 and 4 arrange | positioned facing up and down.

In FIG. 7, the rail member 4 that was in the original position is moved to the changed position in order to change the partition position. However, the rail member 4 that was in the original position is left as it is, and the changed position is set. A new rail member 4 may be installed. In that case, if the rail member 4 in the original position is turned upside down so that the cover material 41 is on the top, the appearance can be improved.

Further, the rail member 4 may be installed in advance at a plurality of partition positions, and a partition material may be selectively built into the rail member 4 at any one (one, a plurality, or all) of the partition positions. Good. At that time, the rail member 4 in which the partition material is built is turned upward, the partition material is built in the groove 4a of the rail member 4 and the other rail members 4 are faced down, and the cover material 41 is on the upper side. May be arranged as follows.

FIG. 8 shows an example thereof. In this example, the rail member 4 is provided at two partition positions of the solid line position P1 and the chain line position P2 in FIG. 8A is a cross-sectional view taken along the line BB in FIG. 1 in a state in which the partition material 2 is built in the solid line position P1, and FIG. 8B is the same as in the state in which the partition material 2 is built in the chain line position P2. FIG. In any case, the rail member 4 in which the partition material 2 is built is in an upward state, and the rail member 4 in which the partition material 2 is not built is in a downward direction, and the surface covering material 41 is exposed in the upper part. As a result, it is possible to prevent the rail member 4 that is not being used from being exposed to the outside and causing the above problems.

In the example of FIG. 8 as well, the rail member 3 on the ceiling side may be provided only at the position where the partition material 2 is built, or may be provided at all the partition positions of the plurality of locations. Or it is other appropriate, such as being configured so that it can be selectively moved to the partitioning positions of the plurality of places.

In each of the above embodiments, a wooden flooring material is used as the flooring material 1. However, the flooring material 1 is not limited thereto, and for example, cork or other flooring materials, other floor mats made of fibers, tatami mats, or the like can be used. In any case, the surface covering material 41 made of the same material as or substantially the same material as the flooring 1 may be provided integrally on the back surface side of the rail member 4. FIG. 9 shows an example. A surface mat 42 of the same material as or substantially the same material as the fiber mat-like flooring 12 having pile-like fibers 12 a on the surface (upper surface) is integrally formed on the rear surface side of the rail member 4. Is provided. Pile-like fibers 42a are also provided on the surface (surface opposite to the rail member 4) of the cover material 42.

Also in the above configuration, the rail member 3 on the ceiling side is configured in the same manner as described above, and when the partition member 2 is built in the rail member 3 and the rail member 4, the rail as shown in FIG. The member 4 may be arranged upward and the partition material 2 may be built in the same manner as in FIG. Further, when the rail member 4 is unnecessary after the partition member 2 is removed or moved, the rail member 4 and the cover material 42 are turned upside down as shown in FIG. As a result, the entire surface can be covered with the pile-like fibers 12a and 42a.

As described above, in the partition structure according to the present invention, for example, when the partition material is removed or moved by changing the interior of the room, the rail member on the floor side is turned upside down so that the surface material of the same material as the floor material becomes the top. By doing so, the rail member can be prevented from being exposed to the room and damaging the atmosphere and appearance of the room, and the thickness dimension of the rail member including the cover material can be changed to the thickness dimension of the flooring material. It can prevent that the said covering material and a rail member protrude upwards rather than a flooring. As a result, it is possible to prevent the protrusion from being caught by a leg when walking in the room, or the protrusion from becoming a hindrance when moving with a wheelchair and impairing barrier-free, and various indoors are desired. It is possible to partition and expand the size and shape easily and well, and it is possible to increase the degree of freedom of design and industrial applicability of this type of partition structure.
