Description

The present invention relates to an underfloor storage part structure in which an upper floor is provided so as to have an inner space height of 140 cm or less from a floor inside a room space of a residential building and a storage part is formed in a lower part of the upper floor.

In recent years, in order to effectively utilize the limited room space in a residential building, the lower part of the room space is used as a normal living space, and the part up to the ceiling above the living space is used as a loft. Various floor plans are adopted. The loft has an inner space height of, for example, 140 cm or less above the area used as a living space having an inner height of 210 cm or more from the floor surface in the room space. It is used as a simple sleeping space or storage space without being included in the floor area.

On the other hand, the loft needs to be supported above the floor surface while maintaining a height for the living space below it. However, if a dedicated support structure such as a support beam is provided, it is not possible. Since it becomes economical, various simple support structures for efficiently supporting the loft have been proposed (see, for example, Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2).

In addition, the loft is provided above the living space that occupies a considerable height, and when used as a simple sleeping space or storage space, it is troublesome to go up and down from the floor via stairs or ladders. Therefore, as a new proposal, it is conceivable to provide a simple space that is not included in the floor area in place of the loft in the room space, for example, below the living space as a storage unit.
JP-A-6-93741 Japanese Patent No. 2995915

However, when a simple space that changes to a loft is provided below the living space as a storage part, the resident or the like lives in the living space frequently moving around. For example, the lower storage part is partitioned from the living space. Therefore, it is necessary to support the upper floor provided in order to be strong and stable from the floor surface of the room space. In addition, such an upper floor can be easily used in a limited room space without requiring much modification while maintaining the surrounding structure of the room space, for example, without modifying the floor space. It is desirable to be provided so that the room space can be easily changed by installing or removing the upper floor.

The present invention has been made paying attention to such a conventional problem, and simply installing an upper floor that can support a load from an upper living space in a strong and stable state without requiring much effort. An object of the present invention is to provide an underfloor storage structure that can easily provide a convenient storage section below the living space.

The present invention provides an underfloor storage part structure in which an upper floor is provided in an interior space of a residential building so as to have an inner space height of 140 cm or less from the floor, and a storage part is formed in a lower part of the upper floor. The floor is arranged over the entire area or substantially the entire area, and supported by these box-like bodies, and the upper floor member is installed over the entire area or substantially the entire area of the room space, whereby a double floor is formed by the floor and the upper floor. providing underfloor storage unit structures constituting More, in which to achieve the above objects.

In the underfloor storage structure of the present invention, it is preferable that a shelf plate, a drawer, or a pipe member is supported on the vertical plate inside the box-shaped body.

The “inside sky height” in the above description means the height from the floor of the room space to the highest portion of the lower surface of the upper floor member constituting the upper floor.

According to the underfloor storage structure of the present invention, the upper floor that can support the load from the upper living space in a strong and stable state can be easily installed without requiring much labor, and the lower portion of the living space. A convenient storage portion can be easily provided.

As shown in FIG. 1, the underfloor storage unit structure 10 according to the first preferred embodiment of the present invention is 140 cm or less from the floor 13 in a room space 12 located on the uppermost floor of a multi-storey residential building 11, for example. The inner floor height h (see FIG. 2 (a)) is provided so that the upper floor 14 is provided and the storage portion 15 is formed in the lower portion of the upper floor 14, and FIG. As shown in c), at least a pair of box-like bodies 17 formed by assembling the vertical plates 16a, 16b, and 16b in a U-shaped cross-sectional shape are opposed to the opening surface 18 while maintaining a space through which a person can pass. And a floor support portion 19 configured by being disposed in a state where it is disposed, and an upper floor member 20 installed in a state of being supported from below by vertical plates 16b and 16b across the pair of box-like bodies 17. ing.

And according to this 1st Embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 3-5, in the state which connected the space | interval part of a pair of box-shaped body 17 as the channel | path part 21 (refer FIG. 3), the box-shaped body 17 Are arranged side by side in the depth direction (see FIG. 4), and, for example, a tile carpet 22 is laid so as to cover the upper floor 14 by the three upper floor members 20 to be continuous.

Further, according to the first embodiment, the exterior plate 23 is attached so as to cover the outer surface of the floor support portion 19 by the three pairs of box-like bodies 17, and thereby the box-like bodies 17 arranged in a connected manner. The seam 24a and the seam 24b between the box-like body 17 and the upper floor member 20 are covered (see FIGS. 3 and 5), and the short side of the upper floor 14 on the side not in contact with the wall 25 A handrail support frame 26 is provided along the edge and the long edge, and a handrail member 27 for preventing the fall is attached to the handrail support frame 26.

Furthermore, according to the first embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 2 (a) and 2 (b), the shelf board 28 and the drawer (FIG. (Not shown), or pipe members 29 for hanging clothes or the like are supported at the vertical plates 16b, 16b, for example, and provided at desired heights.

Furthermore, according to the first embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 3 to 4, adjacent to the long side portion of the underfloor storage portion structure 10 that is not in contact with the wall 25, the underfloor storage portion structure 10. A stairs 30 is provided for a resident to move up and down so that the upper part of the room can be used as a living space.

And each box-shaped body 17 which comprises the floor support part 19 of the underfloor storage part structure 10 is one vertical sheet | seat arrange | positioned on the opposite side to the opening surface 18, as shown to Fig.2 (a), (b). The plate 16a and two vertical plates 16b, 16b on both sides arranged perpendicular to both sides of the plate 16a are joined and integrated into a U-shaped cross-sectional shape. Each of the vertical plates 16a, 16b, and 16b is made of, for example, a plywood having a thickness of about 30 to 45 mm, a flash structure, or the like, and one vertical plate 16a has a size of about 1200 to 1400 mm in length and about 750 to 900 mm in width, for example. It has a vertically long rectangular shape. Moreover, the vertical plates 16b and 16b on both sides have a vertically long rectangular shape with a size of about 1200 to 1300 mm in length and about 300 to 600 mm in width, for example. The vertical plate 16a and the vertical plates 16b and 16b are joined to each other vertically using, for example, screws, adhesives, fasteners or the like to form a strong U-shaped cross-sectional shape, and a bottom portion thereof. The bottom plate 31 and the upper plate 32 made of the same plywood or flash structure are fitted to the upper portion and the upper portion so that the box-shaped body 17 having a U-shaped cross section is effectively reinforced. Will be.

Moreover, inside each box-shaped body 17, in the intermediate part between the baseplate 31 and the upper board 32, the shelf board 28 for using as an arrangement shelf, the pipe member 29 for using as a hanging cabinet, or drawer | drawer etc. However, it is provided in the predetermined height position suitable for use, and this further improves the convenience as a storage space of the underfloor storage unit structure 10.

According to the first embodiment, the vertical plate 16a disposed on the side opposite to the opening surface 18 is provided, for example, about 100 to 150 mm higher than the vertical plates 16b and 16b on both sides (FIG. 2 ( a)), and the upper floor member 20 described later is installed between the upper ends of the vertical plates 16a projecting upward from the upper plate 32 in the pair of box-like bodies 17 arranged opposite to each other. Thus, the upper surface of the upper floor member 20 and the upper end surface of the vertical plate 16a are arranged at the same height.

The upper floor member 20 constituting the underfloor storage unit structure 10 together with the box-shaped body 17 is formed by using a plywood or a flash structure having a thickness of about 20 to 30 mm, for example, similar to the vertical plate 16, for example, a length of 1600 The floor plate 33 has a rectangular planar shape with a size of about 1800 mm and a width of about 750 to 900 mm, and a pair of side flange plates 34 with a length of about 1600 to 1800 mm and a height of about 100 to 150 mm. That is, along the both side edges in the longitudinal direction of the floor plate 33, a pair of side flange plates 34 are joined and integrated to the lower surface of the floor plate 33 through screws, adhesives, fasteners, etc., respectively. An upper floor member 20 having a flat U-shaped cross section is formed.

And according to this 1st Embodiment, the underfloor storage part structure 10 can be easily installed, without spending much effort, holding the structure of the surroundings of the room space 12. FIG. That is, for example, in the corner portion of the floor 13 of the room space 12, the opening surfaces 18 of the pair of box-like bodies 17 are arranged to face each other at a predetermined interval, and the vertical plates 16 b and 16 b on both sides of the box-like body 17 are arranged. By repeating the operation of mounting the upper floor member 20 while fitting the upper floor member 20 while placing the side flange plate 34 on the upper end and supporting the side plate 34b on the vertical plates 16b, 16b, The upper floor 14 by the three continuous upper floor members 20 in which the lower portion becomes the storage portion 15 is easily formed. In addition, each box-shaped body 17 can be firmly fixed to the floor 13 of the room space 12 in a removable state, for example, via a stopper such as an angle.

、   After that, the tile carpet 22 is laid so as to cover the upper floor 14, the outer surface of the floor support portion 19 by the box-like body 17 is covered, the exterior plate 23 is attached, and the handrail support frame 26 and the handrail member 27 are attached, The underfloor storage unit structure 10 of the first embodiment is installed. Moreover, the underfloor storage part structure 10 installed in this way can be easily removed while retaining the structure around the room space 12 according to, for example, a work procedure opposite to that described above. ,

Furthermore, according to the first embodiment, the staircase 30 provided adjacent to the underfloor storage unit structure 10 has a height in which tread members 35a, 35b, 35c, 35d, and 35e are respectively attached to the top end portions. For example, five different storage boxes 36a, 36b, 36c, 36d, and 36e are arranged side by side so that the tread plate members 35a, 35b, 35c, 35d, and 35e at the top end are arranged stepwise. It is configured by integrating. As a result, the area where the staircase 30 is provided can also be effectively used as a storage space.

And according to the underfloor storage part structure 10 of this 1st Embodiment, while being able to support the load from the living space above the upper floor 14 in the solid and stable state, the convenient storage part 15 is provided under the living space. Can be easily provided. That is, according to the first embodiment, the floor support portion 19 for supporting the upper floor 14 by the upper floor member 20 is a pair of box-like shapes in which the vertical plates 16a, 16b, 16b are assembled in a U-shaped cross-sectional shape. Since the body 17 is configured to face each other, the large cross-sectional rigidity due to the U-shaped cross-sectional shape of each box-like body 17 makes it possible to support the upper floor 14 from below and in a strong and stable state. . Further, the box-like bodies 17 arranged on both sides of the passage portion 21 are opposed to each other with the opening surface 18 on the passage portion 21 side, so that the inside of the box-like body 17 can be smoothly put in and out of the passage portion 21. As a convenient storage space that is neatly partitioned by the box-like body 17, it is possible to efficiently store storage items.

FIG. 6 shows an underfloor storage structure 50 according to the second embodiment of the present invention. According to the second embodiment, for example, a staircase portion is provided on the second floor of a two-story residential building 11. A plurality of pairs of box-like bodies 17 having the opening surfaces 18 arranged opposite to each other in the same manner as described above are arranged in the vertical and horizontal directions as a single room space 52, and the plurality of pairs of box-like shapes are arranged. The body 17 is provided over substantially the entire area of the floor 53 of the room space 52. Further, by installing the upper floor member 20 by supporting each of the plurality of pairs of box-like bodies 17, an upper floor 54 is provided in which the upper floor member 20 is continuously installed in substantially the entire area of the room space 52. The upper floor 54 and the floor 53 of the room space 52 constitute a double floor, and the upper surface of the upper floor 54 is covered and, for example, a tile carpet 55 is laid. Here, according to the second embodiment, the room portion 52 on the second floor has a height from the floor 53 to the ceiling 56 that is, for example, 210 cm or higher above the upper floor 54 after the upper floor 54 is installed. It is formed in advance at a height that can secure a living space.

And also by the underfloor storage part structure 50 of this 2nd Embodiment, each upper floor member 20 which comprises the upper floor 54 is supported by the floor support part 19 which consists of a box-shaped body 17 of a pair of U-shaped cross-sectional shape. Thus, similarly to the underfloor storage section structure 50 of the first embodiment, the upper floor 54 that can support the load from the upper living space in a strong and stable state can be easily installed without requiring much labor. In addition, it is possible to obtain an effect that the convenient storage portion 56 can be easily provided below the living space.

The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications can be made. For example, in the underfloor storage structure of the present invention, it is not always necessary to install an upper floor member that constitutes the upper floor supported by three or a plurality of pairs of box-like bodies, and the upper floor member is supported by only a pair of box-like bodies. An upper floor can also be provided. A box-shaped body having a U-shaped cross-sectional shape can be formed by only three vertical plates without installing a bottom plate, an upper plate, a shelf plate, or the like. Furthermore, it is not always necessary to provide a tile carpet covering the upper floor, an exterior plate, a handrail support frame, a handrail member, a pipe member, a staircase, and the like.
