Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a push-in unit and a suspension push-in using the push-in unit.
[0002]
[Prior art]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2002-235436
Recently, there are an increasing number of cases in which concrete housing is used for the purpose of improving the design of Japanese-style spaces. The hanging indentation is originally installed with the indentation installed from the floor (tatami) level of the Japanese-style room floating at an arbitrary height from the floor of the Japanese-style room, and the lower space of the hanging indentation is a part of the Japanese-style room space. Because it becomes a part, the appearance appears to be floating. Moreover, in a concrete apartment house, a shoji frame is installed in the back of the lower space of hanging indentation, and lighting equipment is often arranged inside the shoji for indirect lighting.
[0004]
In constructing the hanging indentation, a carpenter who is a skilled technician performs a groundwork by processing from wood, attaches a wall board, duck, sill, etc. to these, and applies a cosmetic finish, for example, the above-mentioned While producing a push-in unit by factory production as described in
[0005]
Although the construction method of the latter method is simplified compared to the conventional method, it actually takes a lot of work and there is a problem that it is difficult to ensure stable performance. .
[0006]
In other words, because the hanging indentation is an indentation, its volume is large and a load that is far greater than that of a hanging cabinet installed on the wall of a kitchen or the like acts. Therefore, like a hanging cabinet, a wall (indoor wall) or ceiling Supporting it alone can destroy walls and ceilings. Therefore, conventionally, the pushing unit is supported by a wall or a ceiling, and as shown in FIG. 13A, the bottom of the pushing unit a is supported by a joist group b constructed by a conventional construction method. When the joist group b is bent by the loading load, it interferes with the shoji frame c positioned below it, and the shoji d cannot be opened and closed smoothly. For example, the joist pitch b must be narrowed to construct a strong joist group b.
[0007]
In particular, the height of the space formed in the lower part of the hanging indentation is about half the height of the middle shelf in ordinary indentation. It is necessary to perform installation of the frame c, finishing work inside the shoji frame c, and the like, which are extremely difficult to construct. For this reason, in addition to the construction of the joist group b, it takes a lot of work to make and finish under hanging indentation. In addition, it is unstable with respect to the load, and it is forced to carry out difficult work in a small space. Therefore, it is difficult to ensure stable performance due to variations in performance due to the skill of the craftsmen. It was.
[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in consideration of the above-described problems, and an object thereof is to make it possible to easily construct a suspension push-in with stable performance.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-described problems, in the present invention, the left and right wall panels and the back wall panel are supported by the left and right wall panels, and below the middle shelf serving as the bottom plate of the hanging press, the middle shelf is parallel to the middle shelf. A lower top panel is provided with a gap formed between them, and a shoji frame installed below the middle shelf and at a position deeper than the front side of the left and right wall panels is attached to the lower top panel. And a base plate panel is provided in a lower space behind the shoji frame to constitute a pushing unit.
[0010]
Specifically, as in the invention described in
[0011]
The pushing unit according to the invention described in
[0012]
The hanging push-in according to the invention described in
[0013]
According to the above configuration, a Japanese-style room space with a shoji is formed at the back of the middle shelf, so that the exterior is a hanging push-in, but the left and right wall panels and the back are structurally It is a general push-in unit that supports the middle shelf with the wall panel, and it is paneled to the bottom, so it conveys the load on the middle shelf to the floor slab via the left, right wall panel, and rear wall panel. It is a stable form against the load that can be done, and the construction of the joist group is unnecessary.
[0014]
In particular, a lower top panel is provided below the middle shelf in a state where a gap is formed between the lower shelf and a shoji frame is attached to the lower top panel. It is not necessary to transmit to the board panel, and even if the suspended shelf is slightly bent due to unexpected loading weight, the shoji frame can be opened and closed smoothly without interfering with the shoji frame.
[0015]
In addition, since the ground plate panel is provided in the lower space behind the shoji frame in advance, the construction and finishing work behind the shoji frame will be omitted, coupled with the need for construction of the joist group, There is an advantage that it is possible to easily construct a suspended indent with stable performance.
