Abstract

Claims (9)
- ペースメーカ信号(24)及び心臓信号(26)からなるECG信号(22)を収集するように適応させたセンサ(RA、LA、V1、V2、V3、V4、V5、V6、RLまたはLL)と、
前記センサ(RA、LA、V1、V2、V3、V4、V5、V6、RLまたはLL)からECG信号(22)を受け取るように適応させたデータ収集モジュール(32)であって、
前記ECG信号(22)の残りの信号からペースメーカ信号(24)を分離するように適応させた信号経路(36)と、
前記分離したペースメーカ信号(24)上でペースパルス(28)を特定するように適応させたプロセッサ(42)と、
を備えたデータ収集モジュールと、
を備える心臓監視システム(14)。 - 前記センサ(RA、LA、V1、V2、V3、V4、V5、V6、RLまたはLL)は複数の心電計誘導を含む、請求項1に記載の心臓監視ステム。
- 前記データ収集モジュール(32)は、前記信号経路(36)に沿って配置させたノイズを除去するように適応させた低域通過フィルタ(44)を備える、請求項1に記載の心臓監視ステム。
- 前記データ収集モジュール(32)は、前記信号経路(36)に沿って配置させた心臓データを除去するように適応させた高域通過フィルタ(46)を備える、請求項1に記載の心臓監視ステム。
- 前記データ収集モジュール(32)は、前記信号経路(36)に沿って配置させた50キロヘルツ/秒の速度またはこれを超える速度で前記ECG信号をサンプリングするように適応させたアナログ対ディジタル変換器(48)を備える、請求項1に記載の心臓監視ステム。
- 前記データ収集モジュール(32)は、ECG信号(22)の残りの信号から心臓信号(26)を分離するように適応させた第2の信号経路(34)を備える、請求項1に記載の心臓監視ステム。
- 前記データ収集モジュール(32)は前記第2の信号経路(34)に沿って配置させた低域通過フィルタ(38)を備える、請求項6に記載の心臓監視ステム。
- 前記低域通過フィルタ(38)は防エイリアシングフィルタを備える、請求項7に記載の心臓監視ステム。
- 前記データ収集モジュール(32)は前記第2の信号経路(34)に沿って配置させたアナログ対ディジタル変換器(40)を備える、請求項6に記載の心臓監視ステム。
