Abstract
【解決手段】液体食品用容器4a、4bから液体食品を送り出せるように液体食品用容器4a、4bと接続されるポンプ2a、2bと、液体食品用容器の液位を測定するための少なくとも1つのセンサ5a、5bとを備え、センサの測定信号が所定の測定信号限度を下回るかまたは上回ることに応じてポンプのポンピングプロセスが中止されるように構成した液体食品供給装置。センサ5a、5bが圧力センサとして形成され、かつ、センサが液体食品用容器4a、4b内の圧力がセンサによって測定可能なように配置されている。

Claims (14)
- 少なくとも1つの液体食品用容器(4a、4b)から液体食品を送り出せるように前記液体食品用容器(4a、4b)と接続される少なくとも1台のポンプ(2a、2b)と、前記液体食品用容器の液位を測定するための少なくとも1つのセンサ(5a、5b)とを備え、前記センサの測定信号が所定の測定信号限度を下回るかまたは上回ることに応じて前記ポンプのポンピングプロセスが中止されるように構成した液体食品供給装置において、
前記センサ(5a、5b)が圧力センサとして形成され、かつ、前記センサが前記液体食品用容器(4a、4b)内の圧力が前記センサによって測定可能なように配置されていることを特徴とする液体食品供給装置。 - 前記ポンプ(2a、2b)が吸引口と吸引流路(3a、3b)とを備え、前記吸引流路はその一端が前記吸引口に接続されているとともにその他端が前記液体食品用容器(4a、4b)に接続されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液体食品供給装置。
- 前記圧力センサ(5a、5b)が前記吸引流路に配置されて、前記圧力センサによって前記吸引流路(3a、3b)内の圧力が測定可能であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の液体食品供給装置。
- 前記吸引流路(3a、3b)が3つの開口部を有する管路として形成され、第1の開口部は前記液体食品用容器(4a、4b)に接続され、第2の開口部が前記ポンプ(2a、2b)の前記吸引口に接続され、前記圧力センサ(5a、5b)が前記管路の第3の開口部に配置されてることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の液体食品供給装置。
- T形管路として形成された前記吸引流路(3a、3b)が、前記第1と第2の開口部間がほぼ直線的な接続部で接続され、前記第3の開口部の接続が第1と第2の開口部間の直線的な接続部に対してほぼ直交するように配置されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の液体食品供給装置。
- 前記吸引流路(3a、3b)がT形管路または前記Y形管路として形成され、前記第3の開口部を前記第1と第2の開口部間の接続部と接続する前記T形管路または前記Y形管路の管部分(A、A’)が20cm以下の長さであることを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載の液体食品供給装置。
- 前記圧力センサが所定の圧力限度値以下の低圧を測定するとポンピングプロセスが中止されるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の液体食品供給装置。
- 前記圧力限度値が任意に−2.5psi〜−12.5psiの範囲内で前設定可能であるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の液体食品供給装置。
- 前記圧力限度値が、−5psiであることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の液体食品供給装置。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の液体食品供給装置と、コーヒーを抽出するための抽出ユニット(6)とを備え、
前記抽出ユニット(6)によって作られたコーヒーと前記ポンプによって送り出された前記液体食品とは共通の注出箇所(6a)または隣接した複数の注出箇所で注ぎ出されるコーヒーメーカ。 - 前記圧力センサ(5a、5b)と前記ポンプ(2a、2b)とを接続しているとともに、前記液体食品用容器(4a、4b)内で所定の圧力を下回ったことを前記圧力センサの信号に応じて検知されるとポンピングプロセスを中止する制御ユニット(7)が備えられ、さらに前記制御ユニット(7)が前記抽出ユニット(6)に接続され、前記液体食品用容器内で所定の圧力を下回ることが検知されるとポンピングプロセスと抽出プロセスの両方が中止されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のコーヒーメーカ。
- 前記制御ユニット(7)が前記液体食品用容器(4a、4b)内で所定の圧力を下回ることが検知される光学信号または音響信号あるいはその両方を出力することを特徴とする請求項11に記載のコーヒーメーカ。
- ポンプ(2a、2b)によって容器(4a、4b)から液体食品が送り出され、センサ(5a、5b)によって前記容器の液位が監視されるステップと、前記センサの測定信号が所定の信号値を下回るかまたは上回る場合にポンピングプロセスを中止するステップとを含む液体食品供給方法において、
前記容器内の圧力が圧力センサにより測定されることによって前記容器の液位が監視され、所定の圧力を下回ることを前記圧力センサの測定信号に応じて検知されると前記ポンプのポンピングプロセスが中止されることを特徴とする液体食品供給方法。 - 前記容器(4a、4b)内の低圧が少なくとも−2.5psiに達するとポンピングプロセスが中止されることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の液体食品供給方法。
