Abstract
【解決手段】複数枚の内部電極が積層された積層圧電素子(12)であって、複数枚の内部電極が、中央を境にして第1群の内部電極(121)と第2群の内部電極(122)とに2分割されている、積層圧電素子(12)と、積層圧電素子の積層方向の一端面に設けられ、中央部に突起部を持つステータとを有する圧電アクチュエータを駆動する方法は、積層圧線素子(12)を、第1群の内部電極(121)と第2の内部電極(122)とでの変位が互いに逆になるように内部電極を配線しておき、同一の駆動電源(50)から配線に対して所定の駆動電圧を印加して、突起部を楕円運動させる。

Claims (3)
- 複数枚の内部電極が積層された積層圧電素子あって、前記複数枚の内部電極が、中央を境にして第1群の内部電極と第2群の内部電極とに2分割されている、前記積層圧電素子と、該積層圧電素子の積層方向の一端面に設けられ、中央部に突起部を持つステータと、を有する圧電アクチュエータを駆動する駆動方法において、
前記積層圧線素子を、前記第1群の内部電極と前記第2の内部電極とにおける変位が互いに逆になるように前記内部電極を配線しておき、
同一の駆動電源から前記配線に対して所定の駆動電圧を印加して、前記突起部を楕円運動させる
ことを特徴とする圧電アクチュエータの駆動方法。 - 前記所定の駆動電圧は、印加電圧が零、正、および負を繰り返すような波形、或いは、前記印加電圧が零、負、および正を繰り返すような波形からなる、請求項1に記載の圧電アクチュエータの駆動方法。
- 前記所定の駆動電圧は、衝撃係数が50%でない矩形波からなる、請求項1に記載の圧電アクチュエータの駆動方法。
