- 複数のＬＥＤを備えた照明装置において、
特定の波長に反応する感光性物質が感光することを防止するために、前記特定の波長を抑制する制御部を備えたことを特徴とする照明装置。 - 複数のＬＥＤを備えた照明装置において、
前記複数のＬＥＤを制御することにより、白色の照明と、特定の波長に反応する感光性物質が感光することを防止するために、前記特定の波長を抑制した照明とができることを特徴とする照明装置。 - 前記複数のＬＥＤは、緑色ＬＥＤ及び赤色ＬＥＤを含み、
前記緑色ＬＥＤ及び赤色ＬＥＤによって混合された光を発光するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項１又は請求項２に記載の照明装置。 - 請求項１から請求項３の何れか１項に記載の照明装置を備えたクリーンルーム。
