Abstract
【解決手段】加熱調理器1は加熱室15と水蒸気制御部20と水蒸気発生部30と水蒸気加熱部40と過熱水蒸気供給部50と水蒸気循環部70とを備え、過熱水蒸気を食品の表面に当て続けることによって食品の表面に付着した凝縮水が滴下する時間がメニューに応じて予め定められており、そのメニューに応じて予め定められた時間、過熱水蒸気を食品の表面に当て続けるように水蒸気発生部30段と水蒸気加熱部40とを制御して食品を調理するメニューを選択するための自動メニューボタン11aを操作パネル11に備えている。

Claims (4)
- 食品を内部に配置するための加熱室と、
水蒸気を発生させるための水蒸気発生手段と、
前記水蒸気発生手段で発生した水蒸気を加熱して過熱水蒸気にするための水蒸気加熱手段と、
前記水蒸気加熱手段で得られた過熱水蒸気を前記加熱室内に配置された食品の表面に供給するための過熱水蒸気供給手段と、
過熱水蒸気を食品の表面に当て続けることによって食品の表面に付着した凝縮水が滴下する時間がメニューに応じて予め定められており、そのメニューに応じて予め定められた時間、過熱水蒸気を食品の表面に当て続けるように前記水蒸気発生手段と前記水蒸気加熱手段とを制御して食品を調理するメニューを選択するためのメニュー選択手段とを備えた、加熱調理器。 - 前記メニュー選択手段は、脱油や減塩に関する名称を有する第1のメニューを選択するための第1のメニュー選択手段を含む、請求項1に記載の加熱調理器。
- 前記メニュー選択手段は、前記第1のメニュー選択手段によって選択された第1のメニューの各々に属する第2のメニューを選択するための第2のメニュー選択手段をさらに含む、請求項2に記載の加熱調理器。
- 食品に含まれる成分のうち、油分や塩分の割合が減少するように食品を加熱調理するための第1の加熱手段と、メニューに応じて食品を通常加熱調理するための第2の加熱手段とをさらに備える、請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか1項に記載の加熱調理器。
