Description
上記目的を達成するための本発明は、微多孔性支持膜上での重縮合により架橋ポリアミド機能層を形成させた複合半透膜を、特定構造の化合物と接触処理することによってポリアミド分離機能層を改質し、膜性能の向上を図るものであり、以下のとおり特定される。
(1) 微多孔性支持膜上に、多官能アミンと多官能カルボン酸誘導体とを重縮合させてなるポリアミド分離機能層を形成させることにより複合半透膜を製造した後、ポリアミド分離機能層に、下記一般式(1)で示される構造を有する有機化合物またはその有機化合物と酸との塩を接触させる処理を行うことを特徴とする複合半透膜の製造方法。

(2) 前記有機化合物の分子量が、59以上1000以下である上記(1)に記載の複合半透膜の製造方法。
(3) 前記有機化合物が、尿素、グアニジン及びチオ尿素から選ばれる少なくとも1種である(1)に記載の複合半透膜の製造方法。
(4) 25℃、pH=6.5、濃度0.2重量%の塩化ナトリウム水溶液を0.5MPaの操作圧力で透過させたときの塩化ナトリウム除去率が90%以上である複合半透膜の分離機能層を前記有機化合物と接触させる、上記(1)〜(3)の何れかに記載の複合半透膜の製造方法。
