（２）前記コハク酸含有溶液が微生物の発酵培養によって製造されたものである、（１）に記載のコハク酸の製造方法。
（３）前記コハク酸含有溶液を逆浸透膜により濃縮し、該濃縮液からコハク酸を再結晶させる工程を含む、（１）または（２）に記載のコハク酸の製造方法。
（４）前記コハク酸塩がコハク酸のナトリウム塩、カリウム塩、マグネシウム塩、カルシウム塩またはアンモニウム塩である、（１）〜（３）のいずれかに記載のコハク酸の製造方法。
（５）前記ナノ濾過膜の機能層がポリアミドである、（１）〜（４）のいずれかに記載のコハク酸の製造方法。
（６）前記ポリアミドが架橋ピペラジンポリアミドを主成分とし、かつ、化学式１で示される構成成分を含有することを特徴とする（５）に記載のコハク酸の製造方法。 That is, this invention is comprised from following (1)-( 7 ).
