Claims (10)
- 液体サンプルの電磁スペクトルを測定する密封可能なセルであって、
セルは分光法的プローブと取外可能なキャップを有し、分光法的プローブは頭部と少なくとも一つの光学繊維で構成され、取外可能なキャップは分光法的プローブの頭部に少なくとも適応し、基部に反射鏡を有するサンプルサポートを有し、分光法的プローブの外壁と使い捨て可能なキャップの内壁との間隔が0.4mmより小であり、キャップの内壁が少なくとも一つの溝を含み、プローブがキャップに挿入された場合に、プローブの頭部とサンプルサポートとの間から漏れ流れを可能にすることを特徴とする密封可能なセル。 - キャップの内壁における少なくとも一つの溝がサンプルサポートからキャップの端部に広がる請求項1に記載の密封可能なセル。
- 分光法的プローブの頭部が直径Dを有する円筒状である請求項1または2に記載の密封可能なセル。
- 取外可能なキャップも同様に円筒状であり、D−0.4mmより大の直径D′を有する請求項3に記載の密封可能なセル。
- 取外可能なキャップの内半径が、D−0.2mmより大である請求項4に記載の密封可能なセル。
- 取外可能なキャップの内半径D′がD+0.4mmより小である請求項3〜5のいずれか一項に記載の密封可能なセル。
- 取外可能なキャップの内半径がD未満、またはDと同じであることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の密封可能なセル。
- プローブがDRIFTSプローブまたはATRプローブである請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の密封可能なセル。
- 揮発性物質を含む液体サンプルの分光計測に用いる請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のセルの応用。
- 分光計測がNIR分光計測である請求項9に記載のセルの応用。
